Red Lantern 6 ft. Tall Bamboo Wave Screen - Honey

I bought this as a quick, light-weight privacy screen that's fast and easy to set up. It can stand alone with a curvy shape or stand nearly straight if you use furniture on either side to bolster it as if it were the wall between two rooms. The mocha color is lovely,, a lot like walnut, and gives the look of wood paneling if you want it for a background for web video/Skype. I've seen other versions of bamboo screen folks complained about as coming damaged. Not so with Amazon. The product arrived intact and in good condition, wrapped in plastic and covered with a second layer of bubble wrap. There were only a few minor scratches, easily fixed with a swipe of Old English dark scratch cover furniture polish (a must-have product for any home!). There may still be slight differences in staining as you would expect from any wood but it isn't bothersome. Note that this is made of 5/16 slats sewn together. I think this is less noticeable in the dark color, but others may disagree. I am very pleased with my purchase and would buy another if needed.

I had a nice review written but since that time one of these dividers has completely separated and after asking here about what glue to use to repair it ,i was told to use wood glue which will freeze the item in whatever position it was left to dry in.Then i was told to take it to the hard ware store and ask the people there. Really ? Idk why but this answer just irked me. I would not purchase this product again,knowing what i know now . If i had been given solid advice of any real value on how to fix this item my tune would be different hence rendering a more positive review,which i erased i. So.. We purchased three of these. in the dark color .These are NOT stable and WILL fall for those of you asking. f your floor is the least bit uneven and if you do not put enough bends / curves when arranging ,or if you have a strong crosswind blowing through your space ,or cats or kids or big clumsy unobservant oafs lumbering through .My kids got used to saying ..TIMBER.... as these would fall with a swish and then a huge bang onto the wood floor. After falling down repeatedly the edges become tattered ,the wood breaking off. One has completely separated and the wood bar at the end has come off . They will hide a project you are working on or unsightly eyes ores from unexpected last minute guests ,but so will a sheet. Buy at your own risk. If you live alone and have perfectly level floors this might work. Anything else ...good luck..

Actually good enough quality for the office, looks the most professional out of the several dividers we bought for the office. Of course, at twice the price, I would hope so. The only issue is that it stands purely as a function of the waviness you set it up with. We knew that going in, but the thing we didn't account for is that because the bottom edge has continuous contact with the ground from one end to the other, it makes it much harder to set it up with any sort of stability if your floor isn't perfectly level. We worked at it for about 10 minutes before finding a shape that worked with the imperfect flatness of our floor. It wasn't the most attractive shape, but it's the only one that doesn't give it a vertical slant which makes it start to fall over. Haven't decided yet if we're going to keep it or return it for something more appropriate given our limitations.

It arrived with visible defects right out of the box, with scratches and pieces that were already breaking off. This is just a heavy bamboo floor mat shabbily painted over – terrible quality! And it was leeching an awful chemical smell of whatever toxic paint they used for a quick paint job before shipping. UPDATE: When trying to return this clunker, we wanted to make sure we don’t miss the pick up. No one showed up on the scheduled pick up date. We ended up waiting for two days not being able to leave the house. On the second day, the driver who was supposed to pick it up just dropped the shipping label outside and disappeared without even trying to ring the bell or call the phone number on the return form. As of now, this broken monstrosity is still sitting in our hallway waiting to be picked up.

Cute product, not great stability and came a bit chipped - not too bad to go through the process of returning and replacing, but also not what you would expect from a new purchase

Before placing the order, I saw some mixed reviews but decided to give it a try anyway. To my surprise, it turned out better than I expected. My husband accidentally dropped it while setting it up, causing a minor scratch, but the flaw doesn't detract from its overall appeal—I really like it. If you appreciate minimalist or Zen-style designs, I highly recommend this. As long as you curve the screen properly, it stands very stably.

This is the best room divider / art / whatever you want to use it for. Lightweight, amazing quality, multipurpose. Need I say more?

Gorgeous, using as a make shift head board. the smell isn’t great, imagine if a tape factory and a wood factory had a baby. But let it air out and it isn’t that bad
