We would not recommend wearing Copper Compression items while swimming or doing work that mostly exposed your compression item to water. They can be used during sporting activities, they will just wear out faster if subjected to repeated water exposure in any form, especially salt water. Thank you for your question.

I have a small wrist but I just put my wrap on and it will still velcro shut at 10 plus inches circum. See if they offer in larger sizes. And maybe you'll hear from the rep for this product.
