Using outside in gazebo. Air flow is great. Working well in 100 degree Texas heat. Occasionally drops Alexa connection (every 4-6 weeks). I turn off fan power and back on and Alexa starts working again. Remote works - no issues.

The 1st two photos are the original parts, in which I neglected to dry-fit before hanging the fan. Between the weight of the fan, and the ball/socket joint not being manufactured to proper tolerances, caused the joint to bind and the ball to be damaged. The company sent replacement parts, which I did do a dry-fit on, and turned out to be equally defective. The 2nd two photos show the excessive wear (during dry-fit) on the ball/socket after manually manipulating the joint with just a small amount of downward pressure. There was considerable binding in the joint, and what appears to be dust in the pic of the socket joint is actually metal filings from the metal ball/socket grinding against each other. This product was unfortunately returned to Amazon.

I have to admit that this fan made my wife very happy and it is VERY well built. When you turn it up it will move allot of air and you can't hear it run at all. If your wanting a nice fan then you can't go wrong buying this one.

That fan can move some Air!!! Great item.

Very pretty looking. Not the easiest to install. Paired with my ecobee but no luck getting it to pair with Alexa (the main reason I chose this fan) so not very happy.

Amazing ceiling fan. It does produce a lot of wind. I would order it again and highly recommend it.

These fans are great. More air volume with 8 blades.
