Amharic is my daughter's first language but I do not speak it at all so I do a pretty terrible job of reading the book
It is SO hard to find anything with Amharic for children. I was very excited to get this book! I do wish that there was a pronunciation key in the book. Amharic is my daughter's first language but I do not speak it at all so I do a pretty terrible job of reading the book! That said, it is a very cute little book and I am so glad I was able to find it! I would buy this again!

This bilingual book is great for exposing your kids to the Amharic language of Ethiopia. Also, the page by page animal pictures help them count up to 10.

i wish there was more
I was there was more to this, I felt like it ended quickly. Maybe from 10 to 100. (i just wanted more pages). My daughter loves this book and i started reading it to her when she was a very young infant. she loves the pictures of the animals.
