Q: Is there a way to get this to actually stick to the bathroom wall? I even tried the bathroom specific Command strips, and it still fell off.

Did it not come with the round sticky piece attached to it and one that you can use separated from the holder?? Mine had a piece on the bracket that sticks to my shower wall and then the basket hangs on it. If you don't have these piece's and don't want to return it, I would use some velcro. It has one part that sticks to the wall then one that would stick to the hanger part then it should hold your basket. Make sure your wall is dry and clean. I hope this helps.

Honestly I don’t even use it. I just wet the suction cup, place it and it works just fine.

Good morning Erin. The Munchkin Super Scoop Bath Organizer is not machine washable. To clean the organizer, wipe with a clean damp cloth, do not bleach, and allow to air-dry.
