A nice tasting, good quality product, that came with a good shelf life and is good value for money.

Lovely passata, I normally use this to make my pasta sauce rather than buying it in the jar which seem more acidic. The texture is good and a great price.

Good product for cooking. The taste could see some improvements, however, it does the job and taste alright.

I typically buy the Mutti Passata and use it in risotto's and pasta sauces. However, I thought I would try the amazon own brand as its saves me £1.34 and I get an extra 100g. First dish completed last night and honestly no difference in colour, look or taste. I shall not go back to Mutti.

La textura es fina y sin grumos aunque con cierto espesor, volumen. El sabor es un punto medio entre el "tomate frito solis" y una "passata real o tomates chafados". El material es de cierta calidad.

È stata una scoperta che non mi aspettavo così sorprendente. Appena si apre la confezione si percepisce subito quella sensazione di prodotto curato, semplice ma ben fatto, con un colore rosso vivo che già da solo promette un sapore pieno. La consistenza è ciò che colpisce per primo: densa al punto giusto, liscia e senza quei fastidiosi grumi che spesso si trovano nelle passate economiche. Qui invece c’è equilibrio, un corpo cremoso che si presta sia alle cotture lente che alle preparazioni più rapide. Quello che ho apprezzato maggiormente è il gusto: intenso, profondo, genuino. Non è acquosa né eccessivamente acidula, anzi mantiene una dolcezza naturale che fa davvero pensare a un pomodoro raccolto al momento giusto. In cucina risponde benissimo: si amalgama senza sforzo, non “straccia” durante la cottura e mantiene il suo carattere fino alla fine. L’ho usata per un sugo veloce per la pasta e per una preparazione più lunga con carne e verdure, e in entrambi i casi ha dato quel tocco in più che di solito cerco in passate molto più costose. La confezione da 500 g è perfetta per single, coppie o per chi, come me, preferisce dosi che si consumano in una o due preparazioni senza sprechi. Il packaging è essenziale ma pratico, con un’etichetta chiara che riporta tutto ciò che serve sapere senza appesantire. In generale, colpisce per la sua semplicità ben fatta: un prodotto quotidiano che però sorprende per qualità, gusto e versatilità. Non sempre i prodotti a marchio Amazon riescono a distinguersi così nettamente, ma questa passata lo fa senza esitazioni. Una passata che vale davvero le 5 stelle: buona, equilibrata, affidabile e capace di elevare qualsiasi ricetta senza compromessi. Una scelta che rifarei senza dubbi.
