Purchased to put in the bed of the truck under a cover. The box itself is not too heavy because it is made of aluminum. I was impressed at first as the key locking pretty solid. Upon opening, the hinges and the latch are attached with cheap aluminum rivets and would take minimum effort for someone to force the lid open. I’ll be reinforcing the hinges and latch. Other than the cheap rivets it is a good storage container. Don’t know about weather proof since it is under a truck bed cover.

The lid and corner dented! Decide not to return because of the need of the box, unfortunately the box is not as tough as advertised! Aside from the dent the box looks good! I like the spring handles the locking handle seams good time will tell!

I should of figured for the price what id be getting, but honestly dont believe its worth what is being charged, very thin aluminum, had a couple dents, welding on seams is incredibly bad, and the latching mech can easily be disarmed or opened. Do not recommend buying this, thinking about sending it back.
