Hercules DG207B Adaptive Smartphone Holder

I bought this after reading another reviewer who said it could clamp to his Hi-hat stand. That's exactly why I bought it and it works very well and easily and firmly clamps to my stand's tubing. I was very impressed by how wide the clamp can go. It's worth paying extra for this over cheaper brands, as the build quality is solid. Yes, the spring isn't strong as it could be, but it holds my iPhone (which is in a protective case) easily. Really pleased with this. Hope it lasts!

Used to attach a phone to a spin bike. The solution is more robust than many other options, and although not the intended audience, it works very well!

Quick set up and robust

Excellent item. It feels really solid and worked brilliantly at a recent gig. Takes up next to no space in my gig bag, and grips the mobile phone perfectly - plus it's a doddle to insert any sized phone and also quickly remove it.

I nearly spent about seven quid for a cheap plastic jobbie, but there was that feeling it would be flimsy and droopy and I'd not be happy with it. This on the other hand feels a quality robust item, that attaches pleasingly to my mic stand with a clamp that's wide enough to not droop noticeably. It holds the phone tightly enough, though the spring is not that strong, but strong enough for my medium sized (6" diagonal) phone. Did seem to be rather expensive really - nearly the same cost as an instrument stand.

This is amazing value for money, its sturdy and is compatible for any phone , easy to use if you attend regular open mics or gig and need a reminder of your lyrics or set list from your phone. It’s soo easy to put onto the mic stand I love It. They also do ones for iPads !one of my Best purchases I’ve made !

Very rigid and good build

This is by far the best holder for musicians. Basically, every Hercules guitar stand and holder of any kind I have ever owned works flawlessly. I trust my most expensive guitars to Hercules stands. This smartphone holder is no exception. It is sturdy and versatile. Not only does it clamp onto any microphone stand, it will also clamp onto a table edge or basically anything with a little part jutting out for the holder clamp to tighten onto. I use this for gigs clamped onto the mic stand and for practice clamped onto the table edge. I adjusts to fit the width of your smartphone. It is a tight fit for my iPhone with the Otterbox around it, but it does hold it securely and it a perfect fit.
