Good for price
UPDATE 16AUG2022: To this day, I still use Acwin patches because they work for me and the price can't be beat. Unfortunately, this listing is unavailable at the time of this update, but there is another listing for 3 boxes (204 patches) and $0.01 cheaper.I don't know how long people expect these to stay on, but they should stick until they can't hold anymore excess fluid/oils. Hydrocolloid patches are meant to absorb fluid while protecting the area from further infection--you'll know it's working when it turns white at the spot of the pimple. At that point, you should replace it.To clarify, I always make sure my face is dry and free of facial products (serum, moisturizer, etc) before I stick these on. Whether it's right after cleansing and [air] drying my face or cleaning the area with a bit of rubbing alcohol (let it dry), it always sticks on for me. If you have really oily skin, it might not be as effective.I have acne-prone, combination skin and use these for all situations; new/ developing acne, lanced/ popped acne, indoors, outdoors, overnight, with/ without makeup, etc. It's best for acne that has been lanced or come to a head (visible pus/ white bump). There are always pros and cons, so I'll list mine and hope it helps someone.Pros:•Works as a hydrocolloid.•Sticks well on normal/dry skin.•Stays on 8+ hours on dry skin for acne without a lot of excess fluids.•Reduces scarring and inflammation.•Helps gently remove excess scabbing once skin heals or new skin forms.Cons:•Poorer adhesive on oiler skin.•Slightly visible under/with makeup.•Frequent replacement for larger, pus-filled acne.•Possible loss of patch overnight on fluid-filled acne or for restless sleepers (face scratchers/ swipers, face-in pillow, etc).Regardless of the cons, I still use these patches for all occasions. Since I have acne-prone skin, I'd prefer someone see a patch rather than an active pimple. The visibility is questionable; some people don't notice the patch, and some do notice without prompt. You can put makeup over it to reduce the shine, but the edges aren't tapered so they will show a bit.Overall, I'm still a fan of these patches and order regularly. These are on my essentials list.--[Original Review:]This works best on clean skin before applying facial products, and acne that has come to a head or been lanced. I actually use this to gently remove excess skin or dried scabbing as well--leave on overnight. Depending on how you use it, it could work well.

Works well, great value especially if you are using a lot!
I usually have several zits every that pop up every two weeks or so. I will use several patches a day for days at a time and that cost can add up. These are the best value and price for the amount you get. I previously used cosrx and nexcare and I would say these are comparable. They are pretty sticky and will stay put overnight and even through a 12 hour day with my face getting disgustingly greasy as the day passes. They don't stick on top of moisturizer or wet skin, so I make sure to put them on after washing my face and before putting anything on my skin. I usually wear them overnight, but sometimes wear them in the day with makeup on top. They are still visible with foundation since they are glossy/shiny and foundation/concealer does not stick well to them but I can't care enough to have them completely hidden since the patch looks better than an inflamed popped zit or a scab while protecting the wound. As other's have said, the patches don't work unless the pimple is popped. They definitely suck the moisture out, help flatten out the zit and speeds healing. For the average zit, it will heal in 1-2 days with this patch, longer for bad cysts though. I am not sure if it's the patch working or if it's because the patch stops me from picking at my face, but they seem to help with hyper-pigmentation and scarring.

These are wonderful. I've been using cosrx pimple patches previously
These are wonderful. I've been using cosrx pimple patches previously, and these are superior in every way -- price, adhesiveness, and unobtrusiveness. In addition to the patches, the product also comes with a little tweezer device for applying the patches so you don't have to use your hands; good for folks with fat fingers but also preserves the stickiness of the patches. These are maybe half as thick as the cosrx ones, but just as absorbent. They also adhere to the face better, and due to the product's greater translucence, stand out less if you wear these out in the day time. For folkswho've never tried out acne pimple patches, they DO work, and they work WELL. However, patches can only absorb the gunk that comes out of pimples that have already popped. If the skin isn't broken, you won't see any effect. For smaller pimples that haven't popped, I use Cerave Renewing Cream and Thayer's Witch Hazel. They usually minimize the size enough for the pimple to be innocuous.

Awesome!
This has been my favorite spot patch I've purchased so far . It has just the right thickness and sticking power. I get really awful giant cystic acne and couldn't find anything that would help them go away then I read about these and decided to try them . I had a giant one on the left side of my chin and I put these on it (literally had to use 4 of the big square ones just to cover it. I left them on overnight and when I took the bandage off it had literally shrunk by 75 percent . It's gross but I also love I can see all the gunk it absorbed . And I can't live without these now I plan to keep at leas 3 packs of them at all times .

Sticky Roulette Situation
These are great when they are sticky. There have been a few times where the sticker ends up in my hair by morning and that is not fun to get out. Regardless, this is the cheapest $/sticker deal I have found so I am willing to overlook a few duds. Overall, when it does stick you get that awesome white stuff sucked out. Gross, I know but very satisfying.

I do recommend this product.
I wish they would make a full face size of these pimple sticker!! Or at least nose strip size , Lol I can't give it 5 stars because it doesn't work every time and the progress for the pimple to disappear is slow. If you feel like moisture will come out if you squeeze it, that's when you should use the sticker. It won't work on fresh pimple. Nonetheless, I do recommend this product.
