Stool very practical for the shower!

I bought this for my Mother-in-law after knee reconstruction surgery. This allows her to sit in the shower and be able to wash her hair and shower easily. My one suggestion is that it would be nice if the seat was a bit larger for someone that has bigger proportions. Also, a reminder make sure you get the seat wet before sitting on it in the shower as you will stick to the dry seat when showering.I recommend this stool for anyone in need of a small shower seat.

Five stars ratings for the moment because the product is brand new. Very easy to assemble and no tools required. However, I had to purchase this new shower stool because the previous model stool rusted inside all four legs after 2 years. I was very surprised to see rust because the material is suppose to be rust resilient. I contacted customer service to inquire why and was informed to try keeping it dry in between use and that water residue collected can result in rusting. It still didn’t make sense because if the stool is supposed to be used in the shower it will get wet and having to wipe and dry it off every time is too much work. Additionally the material (aluminum ) used for the legs should not rust no matter how much water is on it. They apologized and offered a 60% discount on this new product but unfortunately I already had purchased this new stool. Hopefully this one will not rust and then I can update my review. Otherwise this is a nice simple shower stool and it functions great.

Delivered with no visible sign of damage. Quickly assembled myself without difficulty. The swivel seat is great and the shower seat fits well in the tub and provides more room than the previous seat. The stool is for my 92 year old mother and she is happy with it as it gives her more room getting in/out of the tub and the swivel seat allows her to turn more easily! The seat is well made and sturdy so we feel it is very safe.
