Great little dongle. I bought the Apple dongle initially but the there is something wrong with it not working correctly with the inline volume control. This one works perfectly and very durable looking compare to the flimsy Apple one.

Not a fan of Google's decision to lose the audio headphone jack - but this audio adapter is performing very well and is the perfect solution! You can set the volume to soft or loud and no noticeable distortion - audio comes through crystal-clear. At this low price, if you need another adapter for a different headphone, just buy another adapter! (I also notice that the company makes an adapter with two headphone jacks if that is what you need.) LATER UPDATE: I had to buy a version that includes a second jack for charging your phone and listening at the same time. That left this adapter unused. BUT I DID DISCOVER A NON-CELL PHONE USE FOR IT! My MSI gaming laptop consistently dropped sound out of the headphone jack EVERYTIME I TURNED IT ON! I would have to unplug my headphone and plug it back in just to get sound out of the headphone jack. But then I wondered if this adapter would work on my laptop??? I only had one USB-C jack on the laptop, currently in use with an external video display. But I did have a Fasgear USB-A to USB-C adapter (also purchase here on Amazon). I plugged it all up and now have better sound than ever coming from my laptop. And I get sound from the headphones without having to constantly unplug and plug them back in! Glorious!!!

If you need an adaptor that works with a headset with a microphone, this is a great little adaptor. I appreciate there is no extension wire to eventually break, and the right angle design is very helpful. The ONLY problem with this little gem is that, because of its size, I am sure to lose it!So I ordered two more.Well worth the price.The clarity of even a cheap wired headset is still much better than the over-priced wireless headsets I have, and this adaptor makes that happen.Wired always wins.

I have this hooked up to my shop subwoofer so I can work my scroll saw and listen to Audible. At first it was very crappy I changed some settings on my phone and it finally came around. It's a bit awkward to plug into the phone if you have a better box case but it functions good enough for Audible.

works well, angled handy with corded earphones. I use corded on long flights as bluetooth ear buds power runs out on long flights.

After just a couple of days of use, the adapter itself constantly disconnects from the phone with any amount of pressure or movement applied. Another working adapter does not exhibit this behavior with the same phone and same sets of ear buds...

I’ve been buying Ugreen adapters for my iPhones for the last several years. I’ve always been happy with their quality and durability under moderate to daily use conditions. While I really like the solid, cordless, L-shaped design of this adapter, there is one pretty big design flaw. The design does not take into account using the adapter with more heavy duty phone cases like the Otterbox Defender series cases. Specifically, the side with the USBC connector is not long enough for the connector to slot securely into the phone when my Otterbox Defender series case is on the phone, which is always. I’ll probably keep this around to maybe gift to somebody who doesn’t use such a heavy duty case with their phone, but I will need to find something that works better with my phone/case combination. A slight redesign to make the side of the adapter where the USBC connector is located longer would make this a perfect fit for my needs and a great buy for the price.

This adapter is streamlined and works great. It fits with the protective case on so no modifications needed.
