Good quality and taste

Delicious
These retain their shape and taste even after they are baked. They don’t create those puddles of chocolate that some chips do. I like the packaging with the zip lock.

Chips are clumped together
Received the package in perfect condition. But the chocochips inside had melted and clumped together. They are definitely high quality and extremely delicious but doesn't quite serve the purpose. I have to chop the chunks of chocolate and add them as topping

Disappointing!!
It arrived all melted down in a pile! Disappointing!

Ok product
I didn't like the taste of the chocolate. I expected it to be bitter but it's sweet and has a weird taste like over roasted coffee. I would stick with the Van Houten couverture chocolate slab.
