I really looove this salt. As many say it enhances the flavour of your food and is a great quality item. Have read everywhere that it is the best even better for you than other top salts because it has more minerals in it. Will continue to buy. It’s a wetter salt so don’t expect it to be dry like table salt.

It’s moist and easily dissolved esp on the tongue to absorb its health properties . I also use it for flavor AFTER something is plated . Its properties are best activated on food AFTER it’s taken off the heat as it wlll burn them off otherwise . If you place a few granules on the tongue and allow it to disintegrate and absorb then follow up with glass of water you are receiving maximum benefits !
