Great size and being square, easier to store
Love it! I had a similar one previously (was old and gave up working), so I was nervous about replacing it. The size and depth is just right, many are too shallow.The main dish comes away from the base so easily for cleaning.It is my new 'go to'.

Product quality control
I ordered this Hot Pot on Jan 8, 2022, and got the delivery on Jan 10, 2022. The first time powered on the Hot Pot and found smoke came out from the electronic plug and smelled like plastic burning. The second time is good, and the third time, it was damaged and could no longer be used. I reported this issue through Amazon on Feb 15, 2022, no response till now. I reported directly to company “Vigor Recreation” on Feb 16 still no response til now.

Thermostat doesn’t work
Were it not for the useless thermostat, this would be a useful pan having a large surface/capacity.

Loved this pan for the year that it worked.But just stopped working mid meal.Maybe not such a great product

Broke and wouldn't turn on after second time of using
Worked well the first time. Second time the heating rod stopped working and won't turn on.
