Our tracksuits fit true to size. I suggest going with the small which is a 28 inch waist and does stretch up. There is a size chart in the product image for your reference too!

Q: I am 6’4 and I weight like 315 football built I regularly wear 2x what size should I buy

I normally wear an XL and the XL fitted me good, a little snug but good. I would probably go a size bigger for looseness.

Q: So my brother is a 52 in the waste what size will be ok for him

Our biggest size is 5Xl which is 42 inch waist and stretches up a few inches. 5XL may be small for your brother.

I’m 6 feet to inches and a 3X fits me just fine it’s made very well.
