Impressed with the Quality and Benefits
There are quite a few reasons why I love this product. Firstly, a single bottle has 100 softgels, lasting a good duration. The bottle is recyclable, which I appreciate. One thing I absolutely love is the absence of artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives. The high quality standards are evident. This supplement not only supports the immune system and promotes healthy eye function, but it also serves as a powerful antioxidant. Plus, it's gluten-free. Absolutely fantastic!

Great for Night Blindness and Eye Health
I’ve been using Nature’s Way Vitamin A for a while now, and it has really helped with my night blindness. Since I started taking them, I've noticed a significant improvement in my ability to see clearly in low light. The 3,000 mcg per serving provides a strong dose, and I appreciate that it's made with high-quality ingredients. The softgels are easy to swallow and don’t leave any aftertaste, which is always a plus. If you’re looking for a supplement to support your eye health, I definitely recommend giving these a try—especially if you struggle with night vision!

The only thing that has helped my acne
After over a decade battle with cystic acne, I was fed up with going to the dermatologist and taking antibiotics, using topical treatments etc. that just plain out did not work. I tried Spiro and that just made it 100 times worse than it already was. I tried 3 different types of birth control and they never even came close to helping get rid of my acne. I made lifestyle changes and ate healthier, limiting dairy and sugar intake (which I still do) but nothing was working. I considered going on accutane but something inside of me said that wouldn't be a good idea, there had to be another way. I wanted to give up but after spending a lot of time researching I decided to purchase vitamin a, vitamin d-3, vitamin b-5, and OptiZinc (with copper). I'm not sure which of these supplements did the trick or if it's just the combination but after over a decade my suffering has subsided. For the first time in years I have the confidence to leave the house without makeup and although I do have a lot of scaring from acne in the past, it is amazing how much my skin has improved, and continues to. I started taking vitamin a once a day but I am aware of the possible dangers that can arise so over the past few months I've limited it to every other day or every few days. I still take zinc,b, and d every day though. I still get the occasional few zits, especially around that time of the month, but it is NOTHING compared to how bad it used to be. Instead of 5 or more giant cysts I'll get maybe one small one. They also heal so much faster, they used to stick around for months. The only side effect I've experienced is drier skin, but nothing severely dry, I just make sure to moisturize, and it beats the overly oily skin I had before taking these. I will continue to take vitamins b and d and Zinc and probably give Vitamin A a break after I finish my bottle to see if it continues working, but I highly recommend these if you experience stubborn cystic hormonal acne. Just make sure you do your research and don't overdue it.

Awesome Value for the Price
The flip top cap is so helpful. These vitamin A softgels are easy to swallow. Your system absorbs them well. I love that there's 100 in the bottle so you're not having to buy them all the time. Great value for the price.

Some unexpected benefits from Vitamin A, especially since adding D3 and K2, They work together!
I have been taking vitamin A for a few years now. The first thing that I noticed was that after a few months my coarse, dry, sandpaper elbows that I wanted to hide from the world became normal except for a very small area. I also noticed that I do not need any BEANO for eating raw onion or garlic like I used to. My intestines can now tolerate my mother-in-law's heavy on the garlic cooking. This was unexpected but I now save money on not having to buy those tablets. I guess because the intestines have endothelial tissue and vitamin A helps endothelial tissue, this is why it helped. Also, my extremely oily hair can now go without having to wash it everyday. Vitamin A is supposed to help dry skin be less oily but at the same time dry up oily skin. It works for me. Finally, I am not sure but I highly suspect that vitamin A may have helped me to cut my thyroid drug dose in half. Bear in mind, that one should always take D3 and K2 along with vitamin A to lower the likelihood of toxicity. See Vitamin K2 and the Calcium Paradox to see how they work synergistically. I first started taking D3 which stopped me from developing asthma. A year later I began the vitamin A. Later when I added K2 and upped my D3( because of still being deficient according to a blood test) I got even better results from the vitamin A. Doctors now are usually willing to test vitamin D status but may prescribe D2 not D3 which is not as good. There is also a test for vitamin A if you are concerned about toxicity. In most states you can order it from an online lab. I believe it is called the retinol test.
