Excellent quality. Great "bulk" price. Compare to price for half as many and you'll see how little you're paying for the second 20 pads. CHEAP! Yet they're excellent quality. It may seem like a lot of pads, but they do eventually lose their stickiness and need to be replaced. And how many hours do you want the same pads stuck to your skin before you should consider them.....funky...for lack of a better word. The second reason for buying so many: each person who uses the TENS unit should have their own pads. Just use a Sharpie to mark each bag, or get a zipper sandwich bag to keep each person's pads stored with their name on the bag. And the final reason for having so many pads: Buy a 2-pack of TENS lead wires port doublers from this same vendor (Discount Tens Brand). See my review on those. NO ONE should NOT buy those. Yeah, I know, double negative. Everyone should buy a set of those. For less than $10 you can use twice as many pads at a time. It's awesome! Oh, and this vendor is a single-proprietor business. Very attentive and professional. I like supporting cottage industries.

These are not like original pads. They simply are thinner and don’t retain the sticking well after a few uses. Still worth having but don’t expect longevity

They actually worked better than I anticipated. Very much like the original pads. I think the snap hole might need to be smaller because it falls off too easily, but does stay connected if I don't move too much. The ones that come with my unit cost much more than these. So, for the money it's a great deal! I will definitely order these again as long as they don't raise the price. FYI: my unit was purchased in Hong Kong by OSIM. I didn't see it on the list of compatible manufacturers.

I recently decided to try out a TENS unit for my back pain. The pads that came with the unit lost their adhesiveness pretty quickly. I decided to just order a bunch of replacement pads. These are much better than the ones that came with the unit. I was getting 1-2 uses from the ones that came with the device. I have gotten at least 3-4 uses from these before tossing them, and from what I have read you can wash these and get even more uses from them. I have a good supply now but I am saving this item for when I need more. Great product!

These are great and reusable for a long period of time. I use these regularly with my HealthMate Forever TNS unit and they can be used for long periods of time. In fact, I bought the 40 pack and I don't believe I'll need to buy any more probably for years!!! They have great connectivity and are sticky enough to make the connection to your body as secure as it can be - but not so sticky as to be difficult to remove. If you keep the protection covers and put them away with the covers carefully placed so none of the sticky material is exposed to the air - you will be very pleased with these.
