Great cushion, pump is not sturdy enough for kid use though
The cushion withstands an array of wiggly kids. I bought 6 of these suckers and was able to inflate them to varying degrees to meet the needs of different kids. A couple of caveats: tape over the plug--otherwise kids will figure out that it makes funny sounds when you pull it out and the air rushes in; and don't let kids pump the seat cushions up because the pump is not able to withstand kid shenanigans.

Great for prop seekers
My son is a proprioceptive seeker and loves sitting on this during every meal, and it is exactly the right size to top our kitchen stools. Frankly, I feel sick when I sit on it, I can't take it for even a whole minute. I must be an avoider. I'm not sure if it's helped his prop all the way around, but somehow mealtimes are a bit calmer. It's basically a little pillow, you can control firmness by how much air you put in there. They give you the needle and the pump. Esp for the price: highly recommend.

Best investment for my classroom
I purchased about $100 of fidget items on the same day. This was the only one that the students didn't destroy in 5 minutes! I need to get more. Right now, my class shares 2 of these wiggle cushions. Each day, the students pass them to the next two kiddos on the class list. They work GREAT for squirmy kids.

It is what it says it is
I hoped this would help my son to sit in his chair for longer. He has ADHD and is doing school from home. He's not a fan of it, though. So it didn't work for us, but it seems like a good quality product, nevertheless.

My daughter loves this. We homeschool and I was looking for something for her to sit on when she is fidgeting. I filled it up initially and it has been at least 6 months and it is still the same size, no lost air.

The plastic dissolved the shellac on my chair.
I bought this to help my sensory seeking kid with distance learning. I set him up at our kitchen table on our long wood bench and after a few days he made a comment about the seat being sticky. When I looked, there was a circular sticky mark. I cleaned the area and sure enough it had eaten through the shellac. Not thrilled to say the least. Up until that point I thought it was a great product.

Great
Bought for my children (ages 8,6,4) and they are all able to inflate and deflate the seats without my help (okay, the 4yo needs help to remove the stopper, but he does the rest himself). Quality seems good.
