Leigh Country TX 93866 Char-Log Double Rocker

received with damage on edges of several parts they include a toll free number "Dont return call us instead!" The flimsy box no protection for the parts bumping around inside the flimsy box all said very poor quality. I called expecting something instead they asked i mail in pictures of the damage pictures of the receipt for payment. They never offered to replace anything for the effort! I am so disgusted with the rocker I gave it away. If I buy something used I am ok with a used appearance I buy something new I expect new....I used only the inside information for contact with the manufacturer I did not contact Kotulas' my nephew spent hours trying to assemble the rocker when he tossed aside the confusing directions using common sense instead he finished the remaining parts in a mere additional hour. The directions are the worst....if you receive damaged goods I would contact the seller and return it or asked their assistance. We are already too invested to worry with the rocker further I would not buy again from this manufacturer my rating would be much worse were it not for personal policy of not giving horrid reviews but they do not deserve better......

While this rocker looks really nice it was a buggar to assemble! I had to modify several holes with a wood chisel in order for the bolts to fit. Once put together I was disappointed in that the seat seems short as in it didn't come fully behind my knees. I am 5'5" tall and I was expecting a better fit considering it's overall size. On the upside, the back is tall enough to rest your head against and the rock is reasonably smooth. Hind sight being what it is, I won't purchase another chair or rocker without the opportunity of sitting in it first. I would have sent it back but I didn't want to go through the trouble of disassembling the darn thing. So it sits unloved on our back patio waiting for our next yard sale. :(

So sad!!! Was excited to get this but it arrived broken. Box was fine but someone must have returned it and then they sold it broken to me. The back was to be on one part but it was all pulled apart. Screws still in it. And the wood was all stripped and cracked. The screws that were left in it were all bent too. No way to fix it. So I sent it back. I sure hope they don’t resell it AGAIN!!!

The Leigh Country two person outdoor rocker meets my expectations.It is sturdy for two people under the 500 lbs limit. The finish is nice. Assembly was around 2 hours taking my time to assemble the correct peices together on the first attempt. I would recommend to leave the bolts semi loose until the entire rocker is assembled. Then go around and tighten everything. This will allow the pieces to match up easier.The cutouts for the seat to the sides were not exactly scooped out perfectly but hey it is wood so a bit forgiving.Seating position for short to average height people is comfortable. Nice tall back and good rocking motion was good.Overall I am pleased with this purchase and would recommend it.

Trying to decide between 3 and 4 stars. It's a very beautiful rocker; very sturdy, looks great, and my husband seemed to put it together easily. I just love the look of it. Our only beef is that the back of the rocker is just very "straight up", if that makes sense, and you can't really lean back, relax, and rock in it like we were wanting to, so that's a bummer.

Honestly. The best pieces we’ve gotten off of the Amazon site. These are incredible works of art. Couldn’t be more thrilled. Easy assembly. Just don’t rush but take your time on a sunny beautiful day and enjoy the time.

Made in China, not completely finished need to add some clear coat, very difficult to put together. My hubby and I can tile like there is no tomorrow but these instructions are super confusing. Size is huge!
