I ordered this to add more protein to my diet and try to gain muscle. I really like the chocolate taste. It takes a little effort to mix with milk. I came with a big scoop. The instructions say to add 2 scoop to a glass of milk. I measure and 2 scoops was a CUP of power. I emailed the company twice asking about the amount and got no response from them. I like the taste and it mixes well with my coffee in the mornings. I'm going to look for a different brand. I don't need for this protein to go to waste or my waist and not muscles.

good quality ingredient list whats that? stuff you can read and identify? not chemical compositions?. yea unlike 99% of these supplements you can read the ingredients and recognize theirs no chloride monosaturated flabulated conglomorated chemical list.also another plus unlike alot of gainers which have alot of sugar in them (making up a considerable amount of empty calories) this doesnt have alot of sugar. yes it does have a hint of that fake sugar taste but its not overwhelming.the flavor is good enough for a supplement its good. you can drink it without dreading it daily.

Best to mix Mass gainer I ever had. I just did water and a spoon and it never really had any clumps in it was never mushy and also it never got even sludgy like most mass Gainers when I do more than two scoops. It just gets so thick. This one just stayed pretty much easy to drink and kind of thin the whole time. Also The taste was amazing. I was looking for s'mores but love the taste more than I expected. Also it didn't make me feel bloated stomach wise like probably three times better stomach post drink than other mass gainers I've had too. For weight gain it's hard to tell. I'd say maybe even a little better than other maskingers I had, but similar. The first 10 lb. I put on super quick and then kind of topped off after that. But I think a big part of that was how good it tasted and how easy was a drink and how good I felt after that I could take down more of it in a day than I could with others. Am I missing something here? The price, ingredients, taste and overall product are amazing! Either these guys are lying or this is a legitimate hidden treasure. Way better than any other gainer I’ve seen.

I have bought Clean Gainer several times. I love the taste. I mix it with blueberries, honey, flax seed, and cinnamon. It's delicious. The price is better than most other brands on here.So why the 3 stars instead of 5? Another member named Josh has posted that this has caused his back to break out. I'm 60 years old, and mine broke out a few years ago. About the same time I started ordering this. I thought that was odd, but I never put 2 and 2 together until I saw his review.I'm going to stop using this, and see if my back clears up. If it does, I'll leave the 3 star review. If it doesn't, then I figure it must be something else, and will bump it up to 5 stars.I do think it's this though. I went and looked up my purchase history. I switched to this when another brand shot up in price. That was back in 2022. So I don't recall every exact detail. Just that I know my back started breaking out a few years ago. I've tried some various solutions on and off over the years.I never went to a dermatologist, though I was just about to make an appointment. Why I went through reviews, when I've enjoyed this product for years- I have no answer for. But seeing Josh's review resonated with me.In closing- I would suggest you try this. I don't think there's an issue with Rivals. I'm not writing this in a way that I think everyone should stay away. I just think there's a small set of people who react to it for whatever reason. I'm not bashing anyone here. Just be aware that for some it may cause acne. If you're one of those, stop using it. If not, it's absolutely delicious.
