Mouldmaster Paraffin Wax, 500g, Para01

I bought this wax to wax my cycle chain instead of oiling it. Its so much cleaner and you dont get your hands covered in oil if you get a rear wheel puncture. Also when you ride in wet weather your chain doesnt rust. As you can see from the photos I melted the wax in a slow cooker and after putting the chain back on my bike how clean it looks. And it stays that way for months. Also dirt and grit doesnt stick to the links like it does on an oiled chain. Its so easy to use and it works out to be great value for money. Oh, and you can also make candles out of it.

I used the Mouldmaster Paraffin Wax for wax potting my guitar pickups, and everything worked out just as expected. The wax melted smoothly and provided a perfect filling, effectively reducing unwanted microphonics and noise. To avoid burning the wax, I created a bain-marie using two pans, which worked perfectly. The wax was easy to handle, and the end result was fantastic. I've used this wax a few times now for different pickups and the solid wax left in the pan re-melts very nicely. Overall, a reliable product for anyone looking to improve their guitar's performance. Highly recommended.

I am a beginner at making candles. This product was easy to use and melted well. The candles burn well. No smell, no smoke.

When making chutney always put paraffin wax on the top as it saves the vinegar rusting the lid.

Anyone tells you in candle making groups to not buy mouldmaster they dead wrong and have no clue how to handle wax . Consistent results easy to work with holds more than the 6% no problems I had good results Everytime
