Fnatic Gear Clutch Optical Pro Gaming Mouse (7 Buttons, Ergonomic, Pixart Sensor), Black

I've played FPS games for 16 years, I'm masters in OW and I've competed in Battlefield.My hand size is 19.5/6cm (dont know inches).The best mouse i've ever used is Logitech mx518/G400 laser but been looking for a top notch replacement.At first glance, this mouse looks fantastic but within minutes I found several things that make it a possible deal breaker.Pros-Light weight, comfortable for large hands for palm, finger and claw grip.-Slides well but not as well as Zowie mice.-Sleek design.-Great buttons.Cons-Oddly sharp edge on the right side where you ring finger is supposed to go, after an hour you get used to it and don't think of it.-Scroll wheel rattle.-Rattle from inside somewhere.-Mouse cable is very stiff.-There are obvious grooves under the mousefeet where the screw holes are, this causes some drag. (No, not the plastic covers that I removed.)Here's the biggest thing...The sensor spins out or otherwise jitters when lifting the mouse in quick game play. There is a sweetspot where the sensor is just about touching the surface where it starts to jitter something crazy. It doesn't happen a lot but the fact that it does happen at all in a so called top mouse is pretty bad. If this mouse had the 3988 and fixed the rattle this would for sure be my mouse to go. Unfortunately, even tho it doesn't happen often, I can't get over the jitter problem in game.I will try this mouse for another week but I don't see myself getting over the sensor issue.UPDATE****4/14/2017****After having used it consistently for a while now I just can't bring myself to keep it. Which is a damn shame, this is by far the most comfortable mouse I've held in a while but unfortunately the sensor issue is just too big. I often find myself doing quick 180's only to be looking at my feet in game and thus missing the shot or getting fragged by the enemy. If this mouse had the 3366 or 3988 sensor with a much lower liftoff distance (2dvds not 5) it would be a #1 top recommendation but alas I can't compete with this. Back to Amazon you go.In comparison to:Ec1a has a better sensor implementation, Clutch is better suited for different grip styles.DA Elite has better sensor. Period. but clutch feels better in my hands.G403 has better sensor but is oddly shaped for large hands.Clutch really sells it on the shape and weight but that's about it.Looking forward to future editions though!

Fnatic Gear makes some excellent mice and the Click G1 is no exception. It is built like a tank, has an excellent sensor and other high quality parts. Overall quality is exceptional and well above other mice at this price point. I also have the Fnatic Flick G1 mouse and it, likewise, is very good. Unfortunately, my copy of the Clutch G1 had a scroll wheel that was a little loose and I had to returned it. Apart from this issue, it worked very well and I recommend it.Update 9-15-2018: I returned the mouse but ended up buying it again a few days ago. The new mouse still has the loose scroll wheel and rattles if you shake it or move it quickly. Still, the feel and performance of the Clutch G1 is such that I will keep the mouse and enjoy it.

Love the mouse. Perfect size for medium to large hands. Weight is very good as well. The cable is a little stiff but nothing a bungee can't cure. Great mouse overall.

Mouse feels good in the hand, responds well and doesn't get hot

It hasnt beeen a month and it died on me no water damage or nothen it just died out

******EDIT: I've had to dock this mouise from a 5 star to a 2 star review. *********The mouse has three different profiles with 3 sensitivity levels each. However, when using the DPI buttons it switches from profile to profile, instead of DPI level. This happens in and out of game and with the software closed.A shame because this mouse is otherwise very good.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I've been using the G502 for the better part of a year whilst gaming, but it has been a real killer on my wrist while playing. Don't get me wrong, the G502 is a beast and one of the best mice on the market, but it is heavy, complex and is not favoured for competitive gaming.I was getting adverts for this mouse all the time on Facebook and decided to give it a look - after all, it has the Fnatic branding. I doubt they would lend their name to trash.This mouse has a similar shape to the Razer Deathadder, but a better build quality, a better sensor and nicer software for binds etc. I am much more comfortable playing games than I was previously.Well worth a look!

I recently just got this mouse today and straight away i don't like it tbh and i dont think i ever will. Its the mouse lift that gets me i dont like the fact that when i lift the mouse it moves my cursor which is really bad for games as it really does mess up your aim. The scroll wheel is abit stiff also i prefer it to be smooth and this is not smooth, Other then that i dont mind it but this is a them two problems is a massive no no for me.

Had so many issues with lift of distance had to return it.

actually amazing, have it for a while now, 1 problem though, the shape of the mouse on the side is kinda weird, so u have to stack ur pinky finger and ring finger on each other, but if not that, this mouse is incredible, the best one i've ever used.
