I use this for my 5 year old daughter. It works very, very, very well at relieving her allergies. You do have to use various times throughout the day (3x) to maintain that relief but it DOES work very well. A bonus is that it also works great as a preventive for colds/flu or to help them heal faster if already have. You just have to make sure to use vitamin c with it or else it will not be as effective--both for allergies and as preventive-- but if you do use as directed and with the combination of vitamin c then it is highly effective.Excellent product that works as advertised! My toddler has been having small bump flare ups on his feet and hands. Dermatologist said it is excema due to something he is allergic to. After giving this to him a few times, his itching is gone and no more flare ups. Safe and effective.

I bought this when my 1 year old had a cold, didnt really work much. Took it out again when baby got a reaction to his Dtap shot, he developed a mild form of pertussis (which the dr refuses to admit), but I feel this is helping fixing what western medicine screws up. It has great ingredients and a good taste, my toddler takes it no problem.I bought this for a cold rather than allergies as the ingredients seem good for that purpose as well. I am sure it strengthens his immune system.Overall, I would recommend.Update: I have been researching the ingredients and this product seems to have (in the "other" ingredients list) grapefruit seed extract, which is having bad reputation lately. I think I will stop buying this product and go with the regular elderberry.Uodate 2: changed my mind again after taking grapefruit seed extract myself for an infection, I am now a believer.I give this to my toddler every time he catches a cold, I know this is for allergies but he likes the taste and I like the ingredients so it works for us and it helps most of the times.

My 2.5 yo has random allergies and sensitivities. This seems to really work well when things flare up, AND this does not at ALL affect her reflux. We also use it on the occasional cold (sometimes it's hard to tell if it's an allergy or a cold at first) and it seems to help her congestion then too. Well worth a try.

We have used the ChildLife Essentials Aller-Care product for years with our children. We combine it with ChildLife Essentials First Defense and give it to our kids whenever we think they need some immune system support. The combination of Aller-Care and First Defense was first recommended to us by a naturopath when our youngest daughter had persistent congestion when she was about a year old. The combination has worked effectively for us in terms of stemming off sickness and reducing allergic response. Sometimes my husband and I take it too. It is a staple in our cupboard.

This item came damaged. I can't even read the instructions on the back. I will be disputing this item with my bank and sending them proof that it's damaged.
