Works just fine. Decent quality, no gotchas. Obviously you can use your own terminated lc fiber. The pics almost indicate you have to fusion splice. Not the case at all. This product is fine if you have LC fiber and you need a box. It is what it is. No complaints.

The media could not be loaded. Edit: the seller has contacted me again trying to make this right. I will say that they are absolutely concerned about my satisfaction and making sure I’m not disappointed. I really hope they can figure out whatever is wrong during manufacturing because this could easily be made perfect. Just a few small tweaks to their process. I bumped up my rating about as a result - end of editI have purchased many of these. They are cheap. That’s all. They work but I have to modify every single one of them. I don’t understand why they can’t figure out what tap actually will work for their screws. The little tiny ones that hold the LC/LC connector to the metal box are awful. Usually at least one screw is either missing or just loose in the box. But the last 15 or so I’ve purchased EVERY single screw is loose. We have resorted to using epoxy putty to firm everything up. I have emailed the company telling them of this and they just keep shipping new ones of the same exact thing.I will say though that every fiber pigtail has worked that we tried (splicing using the pigtails they came with). So a can and 12 pigtails with LC connector for $50 and a stick of putty for another 10 still is half as expensive as the next one.Hey China - fix the thing and charge me $10 more.

While the powder coated enclosure is fairly good, as well as the attachment points for the incoming cable, the connector sleeve fastening screws were simply pushed in - the housing is not threaded (sheet metal) and there were no nuts. The connectors literally just fall out. Loose screws (very tiny) inside both boxes. Quite over priced for what is delivered. Look somewhere else if you want a quality patch box.

I’ve bought many of this style of fiber panel. This one by far is the worst. The LC pass through connections almost all fell out. They are held in with a small screw that doesn’t tighten up at all. So once you lose the screws , you are out of luck. Mine came with a missing splice lid for inside the van and had broken pieces of plastic inside. I was in a jam and had to use this anyway. I won’t be buying anymore.

I tend to like buying things that work out of the box. This wasn't one of those. I had to go to a hard ware store to buy specialty screws to make this thing work like it's supposed to.

removed from box and all the small screws that hold in the bulkheads fell out. Of course this outside and all the screws are missing. So sad.don't waste your money on this, for a little more you can get an AFL and bulkhead and 100x better and heavy built
