It works as well as it's supposed to, games run well on it, but you may want to upgrade some the items in the pc itself.

So for the money, so far I'm impressed. Nothing seems to recognize the processor which is weird and a little annoying as certain apps auto resolutions always think your PC is crap and set graphics to their lowest levels. The network adapter is also a cheap external number and no built in Bluetooth. So might want to spend extra $30 - $40 upgrading those. But for the all the bad this PC keeps doing everything I ask so I am still pleased with the purchase.

Love this pc for 400 that’s a steal say what you want about this pc but if you set it up correctly it works perfectly for gaming!

Delayed shipment, though in December that's to be expected. Product arrived, set it up with my new monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Turned on fine, fan was running and lights turned on - but no connection to the monitor. Did some minor troubleshooting to no avail, thought it may be an issue with the monitor so I hooked said monitor up to my laptop and it worked fine. Tried new cables, different power outlets, different outputs, nothing worked.Opened the tower; cable management was horrible, wires strewn about everywhere, and parts were loose. Out of fear of voiding a return, no alterations were made to the inside - shouldn't have to for a brand new computer straight out of the box anyway. Seemed the problem may well have been the graphics card, but no discernable way to find out without testing different parts. Attempted to contact the company, but no number could be found and the email address they provided bounced back as could not be delivered.Product sent back out for a refund. The fact that 2+ hours of troubleshooting alone to no effect was taken is worthy enough of a 1-star review, but that I'll have to wait until the shipment is confirmed to be returned and then having to wait another seven days after for my money...?Waste of time, waste of money, waste of patience. I'll actively avoid Shinobee from now on, a sketchy product from a sketchy company.

It’s really fast and good for games like Fortnite. And Ct chat it runs these two programs nicely though I do recommend lowering your graphics settings on this games it is a very good lower end pc

Bought for gaming, mostly. I bought two of these for my kids last Christmas, and decided to get one for myself. I don't know what happened, but my SSD made a loud crunchy noise and now my pc doesn't boot. I tried going into Bios, but Bios doesn't read any hard drive connected. It's like the HDD disappeared!

Like fact my grandson was happy getting a gaming computer. As for tech support Amazon was great but 3 party company wasn't any help at all.

this computer is total trash is just shuts off randomly. unfortunately my son didn’t play with it as much as I thought he would so I saw the problems too late
