It’s just super wet and drips really fast when you spray it. Like, you spray it on the area, and it’s immediately dripping down your legs. Kind of disappointing that, for a super high priced item, it isn’t a little thicker, so it will stay on the area.

Complete recovery !
Husband didn’t care for the spray, didn’t like the site bath w/ Epsom salts (never tried it)…but we DO have a bidet & he DID use the cream. This, he said helped. Today he said it’s gone completely. And so it must be the best . That said, well worth the money.
