I have an antique bed that is high off the floor. It was easy to get into when I was younger, but now that I’m in my 76th year, it’s not so easy any more. I have used a kitchen stool and some others, but nothing matched the bed, and they all looked awful in my bedroom. This stool not only matches the bed but also looks very nice in my bedroom.

Really dark cherry, almost a black cherry, but a pretty step stool overall and seems sturdy. Had to be VERY careful when assembling, however, as the screws quite easily skewed and even stripped in a couple of cases.

Attractive and sturdy. But I will add traction strips as the steps are small and slick. Also, the footprint is such that one should hold onto the bed or a nightstand in case this tilts.

I am pleased with the purchase of Frenchi bedside stairs. The bedside stairs are the perfect height, a beautiful dark cherry stain, and strong enough to easily support 160 pounds. The only disappointment is the quality of wood, a bit too thin and light.

WOW! I can't believe just how perfect this is. I just got new bedroom furniture and this item looks like it should be part of the furniture package. It matches perfectly. And you can't beat the price. Assembly not all that difficult, especially for younger adults or for those who have strong hands. I, as a senior, would have preferred it to come assembled.

We are going to use this step stool as part of our decor. This stool matches the other furniture in our foyer perfectly. We have a lovely ivory-colored tall lantern for the top step and a sweet and colorful Japanese tree for the bottom step. The stool was packaged very well and was easy to assemble. The wood is solid and the stool is quite sturdy. I believe it was well worth the cost.

Steps for high bed works great easy to assemble nice value

This is a very attractive and cute piece of furniture. It completes and compliments my bedroom furniture.The step stool is sturdy and does the job of accessing up into a very high bed! I am very pleased with it, I could not find anything like it in a retail store.

we bought a pair of these for our new platform bed that is HIGH. These units assembled very quickly without any real problems. They seem sturdy (after a week or so). They are a bit narrow so you do need to be careful when climbing up or down so that you get your feet properly centered

I found that the stool was too narrow. In the photo on Amazon, it looks much wider.

Very annoying to put together. Some spots didn't have holes and I had to manually screw and make a hole. Returned because was a bit slippery and unsafe.

It is overpriced for what it is.
