Does as what it is designed for, be careful not to push to fast or hard as this can hurt if you hit your gums. Only problem I found is on a few occasions the rubber did gum of in between my teeth.

These interdental brusher were recommended to my by my dentist. In the surgery thy are very expensive compared to the on line price. I use them after cleaning my teeth before bed. Washing them under the tap each time until my teeth are squeeky clean. The handy little case enables me to keep some in my handbag for use after eating out if needed.
