Promogran is used for injuries - my husband has gone to wound care and these were used there - the price was great and I need them for my husband who is diabetic so I bought the 10 pack. They came fast - I was almost out.

Worth the price
Dealing with diabetic ulcers and wounds this does work as advertised. We cut this in quarters and use it with gauze and surgical tape. I was surprised to discover that when you spritz it with water it makes it stick while you manage the dressing. but don't wait too long to apply it to the wound as it will shrink. I've save the smaller pieces for when the husband gets a scratch to use to aid healing. Pricey for certain and worth every penny.
