I am extremely happy with my HP Smart Tank 7000. The ink efficiency alone makes it worth every penny. The cartridge refills are easy to manage, and the printer consumes very little ink—even with frequent color printing. I’ve done almost 1,200 prints so far, mostly in color, and it has only used about 25% of the ink. That’s truly impressive! Its wireless range is good also, it never loses signals. Easily print from any device, The print quality is superb as well—sharp, vibrant, and consistent on every page. It’s reliable, cost-effective, and perfect for anyone who prints a lot without wanting to worry about constant refills or high running costs. Overall, the HP Smart Tank 7000 has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended. 10 out of 10

The printer was simple to set up and was operational within 15 minutes. Installation was a breeze, thanks to the HP Smart App's guided process. I had no issues connecting to my Virgin Media WiFi. The only minor issue I encountered was during print head alignment, which failed during setup. However, I was able to successfully complete the alignment process through the app after the printer was installed. Filling the ink tanks was a quick, clean, and user-friendly experience. Printing speed is remarkably fast, a significant improvement over my previous Canon Ink Tank printer, which was plagued with connection and performance issues. Additionally, the two-sided printing feature works flawlessly. The print quality is excellent, with no smudging whatsoever. The HP Smart App provides valuable information about the printer, including ink levels and, uniquely, paper levels. While time will tell if any issues arise, I am thoroughly pleased with the printer's performance thus far. Thanks for listening.

The printer itself deserves 5 stars. It’s very efficient, fast and gives excellent results. The ink tanks are easy to fill and tremendous value for money. It’s a neat, small and attractive object in my office space. However, first you have to set it up and that’s no mean feat. I have always bought HP printers and I have an HP computer so you would think it would be a shoe-in. Not so. I found the explanations unbelievably woolly and the process unnecessarily complicated. After many unsuccessful attempts to link it to my computer, it eventually worked but I have no idea why. However, if you can get past that problem, I would recommend that printer.

I was excited to get the HP Smart Tank 7005 for my new company after managing with an old printer. Setup was easy, and the initial print quality was excellent. However, after about six months, I began encountering printer head errors and connection issues with my laptop. HP customer service replaced the printer heads under warranty, which initially resolved the issue. Unfortunately, the same problems recurred six months later. After spending hours on chat and phone support, I was told the printer was out of warranty by a few weeks, despite purchasing it on 29/08/2025 and expecting a one-year warranty. The only options offered were to pay £240 for replacement printer heads or buy a new printer, neither feasible for a small business. I’ve since purchased a printer from a different company and will not be using HP moving forward. It’s frustrating as the machine is just over a year old, and HP’s suggestion to take it to a recycling centre feels like a waste. Very disappointing, especially as I’ve relied on HP printers in the past.

Great printer, ok to set up, using it on WiFi, not Ethernet cable, print Quality is good, only been using it for 3 weeks, love the print on both sides of the paper setting, so should save paper as well as ink. Would recommend if you are after a great print quality printer with a small footprint for a good price.

I had problems setting up, the instructions seem clear and straightforward, internet connection was quick and easy. I had a problem fitting the ink tanks and phoned HO support, the tech help formed a view that the machine delivered might be defective and recommended returning to Amazon . Boxed it up and took to the post office for replacement, Amazon dispatched new device which set up easily enough. I like the new printer, it scans, copies, prints - all I need to do and it takes input from other devices. Good performance and value

This printer is absolutely fantastic and worth every penny. I was previously using a HP cartridge based printer where I was having to spend around £40-£50 for every 300 pages I printed. With this printer I have printed in excess of 2,000 pages and it's not even close to running out yet, in fact, it's not even used a quarter of the ink that came with the printer. The scanner/photocopier is really high quality and really simple to use. The noise level of the printer is fairly low. The automatic double sided printing is also really helpful. It was also very easy to set up and even when I have had a minor error here and there, a quick phone call to HP has sorted the problem out in less than 5 minutes. I really can't fault this printer and would highly recommend, especially to anyone who does a lot of printing like me.

HP Smart tank 7005. Having done the research and read various reviews, not the least being the recommendation by Which?, I decided it was time to ditch my temperamental and expensive to run ink cartridge printer and go for a smart tank. Lacking in IT skills I struggled with the set up (that’s just me so don’t be put off) but a tech savvy friend came to my rescue and soon had me up and running. Quick wireless connection. Printing, scanning, copying - all wonderful. Everything is slicker and smoother. Some might find the noise a bit clattery but it doesn’t bother me. Yes, more expensive than a cartridge printer but the long life expectancy before bottle refills more than compensates on the ink front. Early days yet but so far, I am very pleased with my 7005.

Le système de réservoirs d’encre est top : beaucoup plus économique que les cartouches classiques. L'imprimante imprime vite et sans trop de bruit, ce qui est appréciable. J’aime aussi beaucoup la connexion Wi-Fi et l’application HP Smart, qui permettent d’imprimer directement depuis le téléphone, super pratique au quotidien. Bref, une super imprimante, fiable, économique et simple à utiliser. Je ne regrette pas mon achat !

Hewlett Packard lo considero un marchio che mi da garanzia. Provengo da ben 10 anni di una stampante laser BN ma che ormai aveva i suoi limiti dal punto di vista di colore (mancante) e di ram (quindi velocità di stampa soprattutto da mobile). Ho una figlia di 13 anni che tra scuola, ricerche, presentazioni, moduli da stampare, compilare, firmare e restituire via mail, ci ha praticamente obbligati a procedere con l'acquisto di una multifunzione. La stampante multifunzione (fa anche da scanner) HP Smart Tank 7005, leggermente più grande della mia HP p1102w, offre la possibilità di scansionare e stampare documenti con volumi di stampa anche di media entità. Esteticamente decisamente apprezzabile, con queste tipologie di stampanti abbandoniamo finalmente l'uso delle cartucce che, se non usate anche per brevi periodi, rischiavano di seccarsi e di essere inutilizzabili, con costi anche non indifferenti. Qui invece ci troviamo con due testine di stampa, nero e tricromia, separate finalmente dalle cartucce dato che i colori sono inseriti dentro dei serbatoi pronti all'uso. Il processo di ricarica è di una facilità disarmante: si compra la boccetta, si apre la stampante, si apre il tappo del serbatoio interessato dal riempimento, si infila la boccetta a testa in giù fino a sentire lo "Stack" (non vi preoccupate perché non perde) e si svuoterà da sola andando a riempire totalmente il serbatoio. MAGNIFICO La velocità e praticità di stampa è perfetta, praticamente immediata (stampo esclusivamente in wifi). Qualità di stampa eccelsa. Consiglio di utilizzare fogli A4 per stampanti ad inchiostro (quelli da stampante/toner da ufficio son più leggeri e quindi si impregnano di più). Installazione FACILISSIMA e praticamente immediata, l'importante è che siate sotto copertura wifi di casa ed installiate l'app HP nel telefono (troverete il QR code nelle istruzioni all'interno della confezione). Non siete vincolati a nessun abbonamento InstantInk, le fiale di inchiostro anche originali hanno finalmente un costo decisamente accessibile (si parla di 13-14 euro a fiala acquistate singolarmente) con una durata presunta MOLTO elevata (8000 pagine circa). Viene subito rilevata in rete wifi dai dispositivi, non ci sono problemi dal punto di vista di driver (con Mac l'installazione è praticissima e lo scanner viene visto ed è possibile utilizzarlo e settarlo comodamente). Mi domando, perché non l'ho acquistata prima?! Se pensate di averne bisogno, non indugiate oltre.

Me ha resultado muy útil y práctica. En primer lugar me ha resultado muy fácil de instalar. Las instrucciones están bien explicadas y es muy fácil de ponerla en marcha. En cuanto a su uso, es una impresora muy intuitiva y sencilla de usar. Me parece todo un acierto que pueda conectarse a los dispositivos por wifi, pues esto resulta muy práctico para poder imprimir en cualquier momento sin necesidad de arrancar un dispositivo en concreto. He notado que usa muy poca tinta y eso está genial porque se gasta despacio. Soy estudiante universitaria a tiempo parcial y necesito imprimir muchas cosas, así que esta impresora me parece ahora mismo imprescindible. Imprime rápido y es muy poco ruidosa. Me gusta que pueda escanear y también que traiga recarga de tinta negra que es la que más se usa, y que se rellenen los cartuchos y no haya que cambiarlos enteros. Imprime a una calidad excelente y es maravilloso que se pueda cargar el papel en un cajón sin tener que estar todo el tiempo reponiéndolo. El display ayuda mucho a usar la impresora. Algo que creo que está estupendo es que puedes ver cómo van las reservas de tinta sin tener que encender el ordenador o cualquier dispositivo para verlo y que la tinta se pueda encontrar con facilidad en cualquier centro comercial o plataforma online y no sea excesivamente cara. Se puede imprimir muy bien fotografías, documentos... Y también la calidad de la imagen de los documentos escaneados es muy buena. Para mí, sin duda, lo mejor es que funcione por wifi y sea tan fácil de uso. Es una impresora
