Amoray Solution Safely Clean All Jewelry Gold Silver & Diamonds Liquid Cleaner, Multi

This particular cleaner did not do the job. It was soapy and smelled right but failed to clean a silver necklace that always comes bright and clean in a matter of seconds. Sorry no more of this brand for me.

The product is good, but not outstanding. It does fine on slightly dirty jewelry, but on my severely tarnished (antique) silver Navajo pieces, not so much. In addition, when the cleaner arrived, it had leaked in shipping and spilled probably a third of the liquid. I contacted the seller, and they never even responded!

I like that it cleans my pure silver & gold jewelry wonderfully, but it doesn't clean ALL precious stones & gold/silver-plated things. It turned out to be for only a select few of my collection. Misleading information & toxic/heavy procedures....will stain skin, surfaces & highly "caustic". This is for only the very finest gold/silver & SOME precious stones!

This product was a liquid which smelled like pure ammonia, and it had leaked inside the package, so needless to say, there was quite a mess inside when I opened this product. The strong smell took my breath away, and was too much of an overpowering smell to even use. Not to mention, I soaked my silver necklace in it for hours, and it still was tarnished. I will not be using this product, and have since ordered a cream to clean my jewelry.

The jewelry cleaner is easy to use. There is a plastic shelf./basket that you place your jewelry on. And then you submerge into the liquid cleaner. It take about 10 minutes. You remove the item and wipe off the cleaner. It is large enough that I can put my charm bracelet in to the jar. You could not put anything bigger into it. It will clean gold and silver items. It is affordable and last a long time. I have used it on charms, rings, pendants and necklaces without any problems. I would buy it again.

I was nervous to use this product on my gold and diamond earrings, especially because they are the only nice pair that I own. But this cleaned them so well! I forgot how shiny they once were. I now use it about once a month to keep them shining like new! It does have a very strong chemical smell so be prepared for that, but with how well it cleans, who cares?!

This product was a pain to use and caused my sterling silver engagement ring to break. The prongs holding in one of the diamonds corroded and fell off and the diamond went missing. It eats jewelry, not clean it. BEWARE

I thought all jewelry cleaners were the same. My previous jewelry cleaner would clean silver in seconds. This one supposedly requires 5-10 minutes and the smell is horribly strong. I have a pair of mesh silver earrings that now look tarnished. My rings turned black. Thankfully, I found my old jewelry cleaner on Amazon and will hopefully do the job that I thought this one would do.
