It's well made, nice and smooth to the touch, it took me a few minutes to figure out how to connect it, I think the best thing to do is switch it on then go into your bluetooth settings and connect it before opening the app.What I do like about this is the fact that no matter how much you twist and turn it the video doesn't, it stays the same way up all the time.I thought there would be a more varied shaped with the “spoon” heads instead of the “spoons” all being the same shape, saying that they work just how they're supposed to; what I will say is be careful of the heads when wiping them, don't bend them too hard or they might break.I like the way the heads stay in by twisting them clockwise to tighten and counterclockwise to remove them.All the heads come in a plastic tube to keep them clean and safe, the charging port is micro-USB instead of the now standard USB-C.uAll in all this is great value for a multi-use camera, as you can also use it as a digital loupe to read hallmarks on jewelry too.

I downloaded the required app (Apple IOS) to view the images from the ear camera, connected my phones WiFi to the camera and boom I was looking at the live camera image, once I got used to mrauvering the camera using a mirror and the camera image to guide me it was easy to go on the hunt for earwax in the abyss that is the previously unseen by me inside of my ears. mine were surprisingly clean. the image is clear and well lit by the ring of LEDs on the end of the camera.I have even taken a peek inside the keyhole of my mortice lock and a few other places not usually seen without dismantling things.This is a very impressive item.

Great little camera for the price, the product was well packaged and had detailed instructions. After charging the camera with the provided cable, setup was relatively easy with my iPhone using the instructions and qr code for the app suggested.The camera itself provides a fairly clear image and once you get used to handling the camera while looking at the phone image it’s quite easy to use. The little tools provided attach easily to the end of the camera and although I was initially a bit worried that they might detach while in use, they seem sturdy enough.

This is a good product, however the little bits you attach have now broken an I cannot find replacements anywhere. So now its pretty much useless as the small plastic bits you use are broke

I wasn't expecting too much for the price, and when the package came, I was a little concerned as the package itself was so small - but WOW! I am actually really impressed with this piece of kit! The app works well and connected without any issues, and the picture quality is great with little to no latency in the video feed.So far, I have only used the main 'scoop' attachment, but if nothing else, just seeing inside your own ear is fascinating!You do have to be a little careful not to go too far, and it takes a little getting used to but once you do it's fantastic to use. I can't see myself going back to cotton buds any time soon! :D

The devise was easy to use and figure out. The pictures were clear and self diagnosing was possible. My problem was in the sturdiness of the product. Within a matter of weeks it would no longer connect or work, shortly thereafter it would no longer switch on. Given the intimate nature of the item’s work and hygiene a return was not possible. I had no choice but to discard it and get a better product which I did. Left me feeling ripped off and taken advantage of. I would dissuade anybody from purchasing the short lived, ultimately useless device.

Works really well. sadly the attachments break really really easily.One even broke when inside my ear and got stuck.Wouldnt recommend!!

I don't usually write reviews but this product was actually amazing. Had blocked ears for a while and I'm rubbish at remembering drops. Used this today and not only completely cleared my ears, but really good image quality and fascinating to see. Totally gross but does a damn good job!

Bon éclairage. Différents embouts à viser au bout de l'appareil qui se tient comme un stylo: 3 petites curettes de taille différente, une petite brosse pour frotter les contours du conduit auditif et un embout ressort dont je ne sais pas l'utilité! A noter que les embouts sont assez fins, donc ne pas manipuler trop fortement sous peine de casse dans l'oreille. Lorsque l'on utilise l'appareil un peu trop longtemps, il a tendance à chauffer, mais rien de grave. Par contre, batterie limitée. L'image sur l'écran du téléphone portable est bien visible. Coup de main à prendre car les mouvements sont inversés. Satisfaite.

Puedes ver el interior del oído hasta el mismo tempano, y es genial para extraer suciedad del interior, pero hay un par de cosas a mejorar, tengo que decir que los acoples que trae no son demasiado eficientes o útiles, y son de plástico duro con lo cual es fácil hacerte daño en el interior del oído incluso hacerte heridas por arañazos, su utilización es bastante difícil porque cambia todo el sentido de las direcciones en la imagen del móvil y nunca sabes dónde es arriba o abajo, izquierda o derecha, acabas guiándote por la propia imagen pero es bastante complicado. La duración de la batería es bastante escasa, cerca de 10 minutos o tal vez 15, pero se te hace corta la duración. La app del móvil tampoco es muy intuitiva, y estuve a punto de devolverlo por no ser capaz de conectar el otoscopio con el móvil. La clave está en el wifi, tienes que entrar en ajustes de tu móvil donde seleccionas la red y cambiar a la red del otoscopio, osea durante su uso no estarás conectado al wifi de casa, si tienes internet será por lo que tengas contratado 5G o lo que sea. Una vez le pillas el punto es muy curioso investigar diferentes lugares con su visión microscópica, los poros se ven de maravilla.

Comprato per curiosità più che altro. Avevo intenzione di tenere sott'occhio l'andamento della guarigione di una leggera otite estiva. Preso a 25 euro, penso sia ad un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Arrivato ben imballato ed anche molto velocemente, si presenta in una scatolina molto essenziale. Otoscopio wifi, cavetto, istruzioni in inglese molto comprensibili ed un minuscolo astuccio con all'interno dei raschietti per il cerume di varie dimensioni ed altri due piccoli utensili sempre atti alla pulizia del canale uditivo. Tutti da utilizzare con molta cautela per evitare di farsi del male. Avvio ed utilizzo semplicissimo. Basta scaricare e avviare la sua app (xiao-e) essenziale e funzionale, accendere l'otoscopio che creerà un suo wifi(2,4ghz) e collegarvisi. Fatto!!! Video in tempo reale nitido e di ottima qualità (per 25 euro). Possibilità di acquisire foto e video che verranno salvate nella galleria dello smartphone o tablet in uso. Che dire, per il momento funziona ottimamente e senza spiacevoli sorprese. Seguiranno aggiornamenti in caso di problemi o malfunzionamenti.

Funktioniert echt super. Habe damit eine Art Pfropf aus meinem Gehörgang entfernt. Mir gefällt gut dass der kleine Löffel eingeschraubt ist und nicht wie bei anderen nur angeklippt. Fühlte sich sehr robust an. Es sind noch extra Teile dabei für die ich aber keine Verwendung hatte.Bildqualität ist gut und auf alle Fälle ausreichend um sein Ohr zu reinigen.Akkulaufzeit ist nicht so lang, aber auch voll ausreichend. Laden dauert auch nicht besonders lang.Von mir eine klare Empfehlung wenn man damit, so wie ich, sein Ohr reinigen will.
