Awesome
This is the second one I bought for my right Hand this time. First one I bought was for my left hand when my dog accidentally bit through my hand during a food envy fight with our newest rescue. I had severe damage to my palm muscle and she had bitten right through the tendon on the wrist. This I had to wear for about 4 weeks while it healed after having surgery to fix the tendon. The second one I bought because I tripped over my new rescue dog and not wanting to hurt her, I had to re step and didn't do that very well. I ended up landing face first into my rosemary bush straight onto my right palm and wrist. I cracked the bone just below the palm. It was the third time I have broken that wrist due to a dog, this time, I got the same brace for the right hand and I have to say it is perfect. So comfortable and didn't hurt the wrist. It held it so nicely. The only complaint I have is the thumb sometimes bothers and can become a bit stiff. Worked great for me. So now, if I have another animal problem, I will have them both to choose from.

Great supportive brace
I ordered this brace due to my carpel tunnel issues in my right hand, I needed a brace that would support my right thumb and keep it stable. The overall support of the brace is great, it keeps my thumb and wrist in the right position for easy wear and stability during use. I am typing this review with the brace on, as it doesn't limit my range of motion hardly any and I am able to do a lot of data entry that I do everyday on the job.It does limit as far as wearing it to get dressed, etc. Due to the straps catching on the clothing. Very adjustable to meet whatever size your hand is and it's works on either hand.Material is light weight so it's not to hot on my hand to wear, stitching is holding up great to daily wear and tear on the brace.I would recommend this to anyone that needs the support of a good brace.

Needed restricted movement
I purchased one copper and one non-copper, sort of to do a side any side comparison since both hands are affected. I found my thumbs increased achiness when picking up a beverage glass. I needed to restrict their movement and either of these does the job. As for copper vs no copper, too soon to tell. It may be a while because they do make me hot and living in Florida it is hot most of the time. Cooler months will get them their most use. I do prefer the straps of the non copper over the copper, mainly the one which goes around the wrist. Except for making me a bit hot they are fairly comfortable to wear. It is really nice not feeling the ache in my thumbs.Sorry, I neglected to say the star markdown is merely because the jury is still out on the copper doing me some good. I don't know how long it will take for me to notice a benefit, or if I even will notice. The biggest benefit for me right now is the restricted movement in my thumbs. It feels so much better holding a glass of water now.

Fit & support very good
I sprained somewhere around where my thumb meets my wrist (see photo) and wrist supports weren't cutting it. The thumb splints at the drugstore were just for the thumb. I bought this and the Vive Arthritis Thumb Splint and both were comfortable & provided nice support; I liked the Vive because it came in skin color (ish) but it looked bulkier so I went with this product. Very happy. Easy to get on & off (for washing hands, for example), not hot & sweaty, and provides great support. The only weird thing is that the 2 metal splints that support your thumb tend to drift so that one is on top of your bone, rather than to the side (again, see photos). It's still comfortable, but since the splints aren't removable, you're kind of stuck with it. This was fine with me, but might be an issue for others.

Love, love, love!
I tried a few other Thumb Braces / Spicas and this is by far the best one. It is lightweight and breathable, yet provides support and stability for my wrist and thumb. My fingers are more exposed with this brace (compared to other braces) and that makes it much easier to do every day tasks. I have been wearing it for a couple months now and it's helping my strain/sprain and tendonitis heal. I wash it once a week (in a lingerie bag) on a cold/gentle cycle and it comes out great. The only thing is that the velcro has started not sticking as well on the thumb part; it'll come undone throughout the day. Despite that, it's still far better than the other braces I tried.

Only good if you need it for thumb injury.
This brace is a little small whenever you strapped it on it's hard to use the thumb anything that requires you to move your thumb a lot will be hard to grip hold or use it does hold your thumb still but the rest of the wrist not so much. when you go to put it on and tighten it down with the velcro it not exactly comfortable I constantly have to take mine off readjust both straps around the wrist as well as adjust the two pieces that goes around the wrist under the velcro straps either tightening down too tight and causes pressure pain or the material it's made out of overtime causes your hand to get itchy and has to be removed to scratch.

Thumb no longer killing me
I kind of self diagnosed myself with tendinitis in my wrist/thumb. Thought it was from putting up trucks at work (moving heavy boxes around and throwing them up in shelves in a not safe motion) and/or repeatedly wrapping burritos (worked for Taco Bell 6 years and was getting super sharp pains from my thumb up to my elbow towards the end).Anyways, after wearing this brace, maybe just a couple weeks, my pain has gotten a lot more manageable. I also didn’t mind the mobility in it... I mean, it is what it is, a brace is going to be somewhat hard to move in and get annoying if you’re trying to use that hand too much. I’d wear it in like 4 hour increments and it was fine.
