I can say that this is a 5 star laptop cooler. Aukey told me that the cooler would be rated to cool the GPU 4-6 degrees Celsius. I have an Acer e15-575g. I have a GTX 950m DDR5 GPU and it has air slots directly where the fans on the cooler line up. So it works very well for my application physically.I run GPU-z to see how my GPU runs and how cool or hot it has run. I have been running the witcher 3, very graphic intense, for a few days now. I tested fan off and fan on. To note I ran it with the cooling fan off for just a short period off time maybe and hour or so and not all areas of a game will run with the same intensity, while I ran the game fan on full for days to see the absolute peak number that would come up.78 degrees Celsius is the highest number I have ever manged to get the GPU with fans running full.84 was the highest number I reached with the fan off but the laptop still on the cooler, not even on a flat desk with less air movement.That is 6 degrees right there, but just with the fans off still on the cooler which is not the same as flat on the table.overall I think there could be some changes to make the flow better. Most people are right handed so the USB being on the right, just in the way of where my mouse is can get annoying. The plastic housing is not the most hardy plastic. And they include two rubber "things" that I really do not even know what they are even for, nor do they say.I like what some people do not like about it. Yes, the size is pretty physically large. but my 15.6" laptop works and fits perfectly on it without making the cooler feel small. It feels like a throne for my laptop and that is how I like it. But I use my laptop with both a USB mouse and keyboard for the most part.

It is a very nice cooling pad, and it does the job, but the product design and product description are rather misleading. There are indeed 2 (two) USB ports, but both are not able to be used at the same time. One of them is used to power the cooling pad so it effectively only has one additional port. Becuase of this description, I was led to believe there was a third dedicated port to connect to the laptop and power the pad. I would recommend AUKEY to remedy this so with an update to the product description.

I am familiar with the brand, so I got to stand for my gaming laptop. Good price for the product, so far no problems ,after months of usage. Fans are not extremely powerful. But the do they do the job, by cooling the surface ,underneath the laptop. I guess one the best thing. about it is , you can raise the laptop screen to your eye level

I have no idea what the other reviewer is talking about; maybe they sent her the wrong model or one with a manufacturing error. I absolutely love the one that I received, it works perfectly, is almost 100% silent; fits my massive Dell 17.3 inch laptop perfectly and it supports its heavy weight. Mine has no tilt to it when in the proper position.

Flimsy design... Not designed to be placed on your lap... The good thing is that it appears to keep the laptop cool

Having 4 fans makes this work great! Works so much better than my old one with only 1 fan. Love that it is so quiet!

This cooling pad is big, tall (about an inch when not raised at all), and quiet. My only complaint is that the USB port that you use to power it is on the right side, close to the front. With how wide the cooling pad is, that left very little space for my mouse on my little laptop table. I think it would have made more sense to place it back further or on the left. I guess if you use your mose on the left side of your laptop it's perfect.
