The item is good quality but the packaging style made alot of bends. I thought thay the 4 peices in the middle can be removed for the 3rd row seats but it appears u have to cut them.

Perfect fit for 2013 LX570
Very happy with this mat. It provides excellent coverage for the third row and the cargo area. Includes cutout sections for the third row seats and the 4 cargo net hook points. Very easy to cut with an exacto and a little patience.
