The steamer basket makes delicious vegetables! Unfortunately, I have hard water, and when the pot is used for steaming, the water leaves a white residue on the inside of pot. Alas, scrubbing with SOS or Brillo is not recommended for any cleaning, inside or outside; therefore, I will have to use vinegar or buy a water softener! Recently made home-made rice pudding, which entailed cooking milk at a low boil for several minutes while stirring. I was impressed with the pot; the heat was *very* even! Bravo! Handle is a little longer than usual.

Pretty sturdy. Holds a good amount of veg and heats up well. Lid fits securely. Also a nice long handle.

Stupidness, great pot

This is the nicest pan I have ever had. It is so easy to clean, heats well and even gets compliments when it is sitting out.

I bought this because I needed something quickly & reasonably priced- and was so happily surprised with the quality & design of this pan. The handle is long & really well made, the hardware attaching is solid, the bottom of the pan is nice and thick and a good weight & quality. The care & use instructions were clear and it helps that the seller has a lovely backstory. I rarely write reviews but this is such a great product! Easy to clean, and lid is clear which is nice when cooking. I highly recommend!

I needed a two quart pot and this one works for me. I do not use the lid much but its nice to have. handle does not get hot when using and I like that.
