Montana Cans Montana EFFECT Glass Spray Paint, FROSTED MATT BLACK, 8.4 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)

These are glass dollar store jars, used window cleaner to wipe down and then used the spray paint. I got the results I was looking for and am very pleased with this paint. Dried within 20 minutes and touched up a few spots. Applied smoothly and I am not that creative. I would buy this again.Thanks for the tip to remove the disc under the cap. I read reviews that the spray didn’t work. I was concerned. But knowing that bit of advice before purchasing and using was so helpful.

Recently got a new GPU for my computer and if you're familiar with modern custom PCs, you know most of them have a window on the side and everything has LEDs on it. My new GPU has an LED that is in the perfect place to annoy me. I bought this Frosted Glass paint to fix that problem.I sprayed it on the inside of the acrylic window on my PC. The manufacturer warns you may not want to do that as the solvents in the spray may etch the acrylic. That's a non-issue for me.My PC's window is now wonderfully frosted with a nice smoke shade. The lights from inside are wonderfully muted now. Should have done this years ago.

Thank you to the reviewer that explained how to remove the washer. I would not have figured that out myself. Paint worked will for my craft project.

Other reviewers here don't understand how this can works. It could honestly use explanation on the description.The nozzle IS a cap. Pull straight up to remove it. Underneath is a black washer that prevents spray. Tip the can to remove this washer, then replace the nozzle. Spray away.Replace the washer under the nozzle to stop the spray again when finished.Also, the typeface on the can is VERY TINY. What people are reading as "NET / 5 oz", actually reads: "NET 7.5oz". Yes, they rounded up to 8 on the description, which is misleading, but it is a lot closer to correct than 5.

Product states that this is for interior/exterior use, however I would highly recommend that you DO NOT use it indoors. The smell is horrid and it will create a layer on every surface in the room you use it in.The actually quality of the product is okay. It tends to spray droplets at the end of each spray so be mindful of that. Overall application is somewhat uneven as well as it would tend to come out stronger at random moments.Overall, not a terrible product but I would probably try a different brand in the future.

This is horrible!!!! One can didn't work at all, the finished product is definitely not as advertised and it isn't the painter's fault!!! The paint came out in clumps, and drips. You're supposed to hold the can upside down, what's that all about? But even doing that didn't help. AND it can't be returned so we're not only going to have to put in a lot of work to clean up the mess this paint made, but we're out the money spent. I will NEVER purchase from this company again and if you're smart, you won't either!!!

I used this to frosty-paint some mismatched glass candlesticks, some other crafts. Worked beautifully. Used it for a plant saucer and despite the exposure to water it’s still like it looked the first day. Didn’t need but one good coat then another to even out my inconsistency in coverage.
