Ethiopian Sidamo is of such a high quality that, like a fine wine, it can be drunk strong, and black, so smooth and rich this exceptional coffee. For me this is proof of its quality, as most coffees, to me, are unpleasant taken black. I usually add 1/2 % milk to my coffee, but all Coffee Bros. coffees are so good that I thoroughly enjoy drinking them black, the single-varietal Ethiopian, in particular, an extraordinary experience.All Coffee Bros. coffees are exceptional, but their Ethiopian Sidamo is a standout. It's a exceptional product that must be experienced to be understood and appreciated. Find your preferred method of brewing, and your preferred grind and strength, and you are bound, I think, to agree. This is one fine coffee, which makes me wonder just how good even more expensive varietals from Coffee Bros. Probably notably better, but experiencing this varietal is so good it's hard to imagine anything better. It's that good and coffee lovers should experience it. It quite likely could make a coffee lover of many who don't drink coffee. It's that good!

I've spent a couple decades buying quality coffee from Terroir, Paradise Roasters and other solid purveyors. I"m esp a fan of Ethiopian and Brazilian beans that have solid chocolate and nut and berry notes. That's my happy coffee flavor place.The Coffee Bros roast some good stuff. The Dark Roast aand Espresso are dependably good. I decided to try the Ethipian, though it cost more. Nice. Really nice. It's my fave Coffee Bros now (not as wild about the Costa Rican). The flavor notes shine. My technivorm and these beans make breakfast happy for me. :D Enjoy.

Coffee has a smooth taste!

Overall, the coffee works great for espresso and provides a very unique experience with its natural wash process. My only slight complaint is that I would have liked it to be a bit fresher. I received the coffee on Dec 10th and it was roasted on Nov 19th. I would have preferred it on roasted on Nov 27th to stay within the two weeks mark but is still very acceptable, especially for Amazon. Another note is that the free second bag is probably no longer a thing since I didn't any note about that in the package. I'm overall very impressed.

This stuff is so dry and hard, I am afraid it might break my grinder.
