Kotobukiya DC Comics The New 52 - Justice League Aquaman ArtFX+ Statue

I have been collecting the Kotobukiya figures for a bit now and with Geoff J. turning Aquaman's comic book into one of the best reads out there and the rather favorable character portrayal in Injustice I was looking forward to having a good figure of him to go with the Flash and Superman from the same series. I was not disappointed. This is an outstanding figure. As with the other figures in the line he is very well made, expertly painted, and has every bit the presence of the other figures on the shelf. He comes with a magnetic stand which is pretty great thinking on the designer's part but he stands fine on his own. The trident comes in 2 pieces and is a bit flimsy but sturdy enough in his hand. I highly recommend this figure for anyone collecting this line of characters or anyone who would just like a good Aquaman figure.

I know Aquaman isn't strong or charismatic as Superman, Batman or Wonder Woman, but I always liked the character's nobility quality, but never found a statue or bust that represented that until I bought this ArtFX Statue.I love the sculpt with all the little details (hair locks, scales, arm and leg protusions..), it is really well sculpted, as well as the paint job, with vibrant colors. It feels and look top quality and I would definitely recommend buying.

Great item to add to your collection. Figure is "shiny" almost metallic like. It looks better in person than the picture.

This was a gift for someone. For the money spent it was worth it, the features are very life like and the packaging is impressive. Held up well over a long journey to me in Nebraska, then to California. Not a dent in it.

Nice collectable

Cool statue based off of Aquaman’s New 52 look. The face sculpt looks slightly Asian but I think that’s just a Kotobukiya thing. Comes with a magnetic base but it stands on its own just fine
