I got this necklace with my son’s thumbprint and I couldn’t be happier! Since he was murdered I wear something of his everyday and this was the perfect addition to my collection. Ordered fingerprint (my deceased fiance's) oval memorial necklace in 16" to layer with the urn necklace I already have since his passing. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and they even put the pendant on the chain in a way that it doesnt slide off the chain when you are putting it on and taking it off; which is good if you are comfortable witht the chain, but bad if you are like me at times that likes to switch the chain out from time to time. Minor, but just thought i would mention it. Customer service is great as before and after received I had a couple of questions and needed clarification on something. They got back to me promptly and answered all of my questions and concerns. I was a little mislead when ordering the 925 silver. It is just the chain itself. I thought even the fingerprint pendant would be silver and a little bit bigger as well. I didnt attach a picture but the piece is lovely, just a tad bit on the small side and the chain is a bit thin but it looks very nice the way I want to wear the two together. Also it arrived earlier than expected and there was tracking from shipment to arrival. Will definitely purchase from them again in the future, may even update this with a photo. Once I take one. Sonow I wear my engagement ring, urn necklace, and fingerprint necklace anytime I go outside in his memory. (P.S. the urn necklace and ring did not come from here...LOL)

I do like this. I guess I didn't pay enough attention to size. Thought it would be larger but I still love it. Will probably buy again for others in family

When I first ordered, I was really unsure on this product. I didn’t know how big it was actually going to be and I wasn’t sure whether or not they’d actually use the fingerprint I provided on it or not. I was skeptical as I hadn’t heard of the brand or used it before. All I can say is I’m glad I did. The necklace is absolutely beautiful, I bought it for my mum as a birthday present with the fingerprint of my Nan, who passed away almost two years ago.I couldn’t wait for it to show up, it arrived much quicker than expected especially as the tracking hasn’t been updated on Amazon. As you can imagine, when it did and I was able to gift it, there were tears. It was the exact fingerprint I provided, and the perfect size. Dainty and delicate and lovely quality. Now my mum is able to carry around a piece of my Nan with her everyday.Overall, immensely happy with the service.
