I have taken the Evening Primrose Oil in the past, along with the DIM. I have LOVED taking this product and will purchase again. Was so nice to not have to take two different supplements. Had wonderful results with this product- my skin was very clear. Have only taken this for about two weeks, but expect to see even more wonderful results the longer I take it! Thank you for making such a wonderful product.

Took me a little over two weeks to narrow down the problem but finally realized the nasty little headaches I was getting daily started around the time I started taking these. Headaches stopped immediately after I stopped taking them.

Did not help yet…. Pills easy to swallow and are ok sized

This caused chronic headaches while I was taking it. I didn't realize the connection until an oncologist pointed out that evening primrose oil is a natural form of Estrogen. He explained that hormone disrupters like this can increase breast cancer risk. I feel ignorant for not researching this "natural" medication more before taking it... I took it to treat acne, but it also resulted in no improvement in my complexion. This was a waste of money, but more importantly, a health hazard.

I've been using this product for a while. When routinely taken the results are nice.
