so far works pretty good. we had a heavy duty case on phones and had to take off to get it to charge. we switched to silicone light weight and it works now without removal. Something people would want to know if they choose thicker cases with wallets or card holders. The charger doesn't work with it. Now that we have the new cases everything charges pretty quickly.

I purchased this product with a lot of skepticism, wondering if it would truly be durable and sturdy. The answer? Absolutely YES! The build quality is solid, and the weight is perfect—easily supports both my phone and watch without any wobbling or tipping. And, I don't have to worry about wires everywhere!!!!One of my favorite features is the ability to set my watch in a horizontal view, which lets me watch videos while it charges—super convenient! Charging speed is impressive too—both my phone and watch powered up quickly.I was so satisfied, I’m now ordering additional units for my office and for my wife. For the price, this charger is a fantastic value. Highly recommend!

The charger works fine and works great for my Samsung s24 phone the watch section works fine and charges properly there should be some type of something like a magnet or something to make it easier to make sure the watch is centered and charging properly other than that the product works great.

I read the reviews and tried to balance what I read, then ordered this. It looks great and seems like a good way to handle charging of my S20, Galaxy watch, and earbuds. In practice, I put the phone and watch on at night around 10pm. In the morning, around 6am, the phone is 100% but the watch is only 65% so the watch is indicating low battery by 7pm. This has been going on for several days since starting to use this. If I take the phone and watch off, reset the watch by itself, then the watch restarts charging and will top off in about an hour. Clearly either cannot charge both or, as one review mentioned, is depleting the watch while charging the phone. Regarding the earbud charger, I typically do not charge all three at the same time due to different usage cycles, but the earbuds will typically charge quickly. However with the earbuds underneath/behind the charger it and be a bit challenging to set and see the case depending on what is around the charge stand. I have not noticed that any of the devices are getting hot, the watch gets warm but about what the factory charging dot would do. Finally, it should be warned that the power cable and power adapter appear to be a Type C USB charger, but it is 9V. So a standard USB adapter should not be used, and I labeled my with a large label to make sure that at some future time I do not plug normal USB items into the charger least I fry them. I had planned to buy a few of these for use with the wife's Samsung devices, in my traveling kit, and so on but having used it will not purchase this item again.Update: I was disappointed and so wrote the original review as 2 stars. Much to my amazement I was contacted by the Customer Support who was determined to correct the problem. There were daily conversations to try and debug the issue, culminated by the shipment of a new unit. The second unit worked perfectly - both watch and phone charged to 100% without any signs of overheating. After more testing, I concluded the base unit was the issue. I changed my rating to 5 stars based on the quality of the unit and the great customer support.

Works well but the light that should so charging didn't work.

Works great! I also purchased an Apple watch version for my daughter and hers only charges the phone when it's upright. But...Mine charges the phone upright, or horizontally, AND can charge the phone on the back as well. Easy to use. Just plug it in and lay the watch, phone, or earbuds on the station. Done! And it looks much nicer on my nightstand than the surge protector and cords.

I have a razor Plus my wife and son have iPhones and the charger works great very convenient you go to sit down to watch TV just lay your phone on the charger but the charger for the watch sucks absolutely terrible you got to sit there and play with it until it finds the right spot and then the magnets or whatever is making it move will readjust your watch to where it doesn't quite charge but the phone charger 100%. Why did you pick this product vs others?:So far it has been working great. I like that I can charge my phone, watch and headphones at the same time and get rid of cords and clutter. My only 'concerns is that sometimes the watch gets warm when charging, but it did have a sticker on the charger warning that the watch needed to be centered on the top. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.
