Products don’t work and replacement done with used one
Totally disappointed with the product and serviceThe product didn’t work as expected and requested for a replacement.The replacement received today but with a used one totally scratched product.

no real time monitoring
i bought this Kamonk Smart Touch Switch 2 Way, Wi-Fi Enabled few days back and it was suoer easy to intall in my Roma classic module. Integration with Alexa and Google was easy without any hiicups. i bought this device believing in the description of the product that it has real time monitoring. but this Kamonk Smart Touch Switch 2 Way, Wi-Fi Enabled does not have real time monitoring which is a slight disappointment. no issues with the functionality/installation of the product. Need to update the product descriptoin where it says in the image that it suppports real time monitoring.
