Q: it does not have the hooks hanging in the back for the tow are they somewhere else in the packaging?

the hooks are supposed to be attached to the white arms on the truck, if they are not there then you should ask the hooks and tie them on or send the truck back and get a new one. when i got mine the hooks were attached but they fell off within minutes of playing with it.
