Quality of the rope is very good, Thick and Strong but the seller has sent me a used product with scratches and full of sand and mud.

How do you open the hook that is attached to the end of rope? Seems like it does not open from one end. I wanted to attach it on my ceiling, but seems like the hook does not open up..
