I don’t normally write reviews. In fact I never write reviews, but this product saved my breastfeeding journey. I have PCOS so let’s just start there. And I’m grateful to say this is baby number 3 that I’m on this breastfeeding journey with. So I know the rigors and routine of breastfeeding and pumping. But the first week I returned to work with my 5 month old, I got my period. My output from pump sessions plummeted, plus I wasn’t able to pump every 2-3 hours. I searched and searched online and came across this product and decided to give it a try. I went from 1-2 oz a sessions to 3-6 oz within 24 hours. So now I am able to leave what my baby drank during the day and little for the freezer. So satisfied is an understatement. If your struggling with output, buy now!!!

I saw a difference in my breastmilk within 3 hours after taking 2 capsules!!!Did not expect such quick results but the next feeding I pumped the opposite breast and got double what I normally pump! And I struggle to get much out of my pumps, half ounce usually, or less. I easily pumped an ounce in about 10mins. Whoa!!! Can only hope that the effectiveness increases and I can pump a whole bottle!My little one (2nd babe) isn’t even 2 weeks old and would run out the boob and be fussy for more and my supply would exhaust before my babe was satisfied. Wouldn’t stay down for naps, constantly on boob. After that first successful feeding and pump, the baby slept well and didn’t fuss for “more more more”. I’m finally able to get a break, eat, rest, get stuff done, take care/pay more attention to my first born. Such a relief!Checked up on baby’s soft spot on the head and continued to be hydrated well after feedings. I’m super happy! These pills are definitely worth it!I had to half supplement w homemade formula alongside w bf with my first and am really trying my best to do breast only with this baby. I feel confident now that I’ll be okay and really wished I tried these the first time around!

I bought these as a last ditch effort cause nothing else was working. They helped me out a great deal on my second bottle now only getting better.

Please educate yourself before you buy. Not many ppl need a supplement that can't guarantee results. Every person is different some of the ingredients may slow production.

I usually drink the Rae's Roots tea and while it works, it only lasts for a little bit. These supplements last ALL DAY! There is no flavor, they are easy to swallow, and they do not give me any side effects. My pump supply was only 1-2 oz at best, before these. Now I'm getting 4-6 per session. And normally my milk was more of a blue-ish hue because it was watery, but now its thick white! Honestly, I haven't taken them in 2 days and my milk is still flourishing. If you are like me and your supply is low, you have a baby that's fussy and cranky because they want more, and you rarely have time to pump to get more milk production, this stuff is awesome. My baby was getting just barely enough milk each feeding, and now she almost barely makes it through both sides. Take once a day with breakfast. Thank me later!

So when I had my baby, she was 8 weeks early and in the NICU. I was producing a TON of milk - 35 ml of colostrum in my first pumping session. The hospital provided 2 oz bottles for me to pump into at home and while visiting the baby in the NICU. I would use 6 bottles (3 per breast) per pumping session. I was getting at least 12 oz per session, I was pumping 8 times a day, every 3 hours to keep on the hospitals feeding schedule. I did this for the first two weeks.Then I got lazy.It’s hard to keep up when the baby isn’t with you and you have the option of getting a full nights sleep. Then I was only pumping 3-4 times a day. My baby was in the NICU for 37 days. She always had plenty breast milk during her NICU stay and the first two weeks at home.Unfortunately, this lead to a huge decrease in my milk supply. Because of this I started researching what supplements to take to help. That’s when I came across this product. I ready the reviews and saw all the before and after pictures and had very high hopes. Unfortunately for me I had the opposite desires results. I was producing almost 2 oz per breast per pump session before taking this supplement. After taking it I couldn’t even get 1 oz per breast per session. It was soul crushing. I so badly did not want to give my baby formula. But of course I did because I would never let my daughter go without. I tried taking extra pills, like the bottle said. My breast felt full, but nothing came out. And they no longer felt full after the little bit came out.The other thing that happened is my baby started getting very fussy. She was way more gassy and seemed to have trouble passing it. I tried this product for 2 weeks. My breasts and nipples are more painful. I do not have an infection or clogged duct. I’m very lucky that my supply did not completely dry up. Within 24-48 hours of stopping this product my milk started to increase again. I’m still not at the production I was before starting, but I’m at about 1.5 oz per breast per pump session. I’m also cluster pumping, every 2 hours during the day and waking up 1-2 times in the middle of the night after feeding the baby.I’m glad this worked for the majority of women who tried it. I was not one of the lucky ones. But it was certainly worth the effort.

I’m two weeks post cesarean & I’ve worked so hard to eat all the right foods/water intake to produce enough for my newborn daughter. Unfortunately she had to be supplemented with formula because I wasn’t getting enough. Typically after a feed, I double pump a half an oz or less. (I have a 22 mo old son & I gave up bf him bc my supply was low). I bought these pills out of desperation to keep trying my hardest. After ONE dose yesterday afternoon, this morning I woke up engorged! (I was only ever engorged the third day postpartum). I breast fed & then pumped. I was able to express a whole oz and a half! To me, this is a huge improvement! I highly recommend this supplement. It tastes like maple syrup and is easy on the stomach. No bad side effects.
