I ordered this toothbrush on May 26, 2021 to replace my Oral B that I left at a hotel. The Oguard toothbrush was quiet & did a great job cleaning my teeth. It is July 15, 2021 & the Oguard toothbrush will not charge. I have tried several chargers. Guess I’ll buy another Oral B.

This was gift. She loved it. In the beginning she didn’t like that it came without charging stand and it was kind of difficult to remove the cover to the charging port. But since the charge stay for so long you don’t really we’d a charging stand. So far we’ve only charged it once and it has lasted since and it’s been about a month and half. Has three functions to toggle. Turns on and off by just shaking it which is cool. And love that it comes with so many brush head so we’re set for a long time before having to worry about getting a replacement .

POOR QUALITY AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!I bought this toothbrush thinking that the battery life would last a long time,"5 Months’ Super Long Life Standby" according to the description. WRONG! The toothbrush battery did never last more than 3 days since the beginning. I reached out to the seller TWICE to ask him to reimburse my money! However, I never got a response! POOR SERVICE! POOR QUALITY PRODUCT!. Please DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY or TIME! If I could rate this product 0 stars I would, but AMAZON does not allow it. Disappointed about the service, first time that I have had such a bad experience with AMAZON.

It worked great for one month. I charged it out of the box, and the battery lasted a whole month! But then afterwards, the charge wouldn't last even a day. I would charge it for more than 6 hours, and it would still stop working mid-brushing. I contacted customer service, and they were zero help even though it supposedly has a one year warranty.

Great toothbrush for the money. Husband says its a pretty good toothbrush. Toothbrush battery life is great, waterproof holds up and the most important thing for a toothbrush is to actually clean well and this toothbrush does just that. The case is really just a bonus, altho should be bigger so you don't have to take apart the toothbrush for the toothbrush to fit. Great toothbrush for traveling. Would recommend this toothbrush. Happy with my choice of toothbrush. There are a lot of toothbrushes out there, this however is a good toothbrush. How many times did I say toothbrush?
