Great product
Works well. Have not used the weight attachment strap as the one that comes with the top pulley is easier to use. This lower pulley added a variety of movements that can be done in my garage now.

Good idea. Improvements since 2 yrs ago. But still quality issues.
Love the idea. And they seem to have improved fit and finish. But quality is still questionable. On of my 4” carabiners failed on Day 1. And not just a little. The gate is twisted and the T is bent. That’s really really really low quality metal.

great when it works
I bought this for my home gym for triceps and pull downs and at first it was great. However, the pulley has a grinding resistance, when it actually works. Otherwise sometimes it doesn't even slide at all.I've contacted SPUD Inc numerous times through email and have not been able to get through on the phone. I am very disappointed with their customer service and just leaving their customers with a broken product.

The pulley delivered to me is broken/missing the centre piece that allows the rope to move under tension. See pic.
