Nutritious way to heal leaky gut
I love everything about this product, except the taste needs something added to the drink to make it delicious. The taste is ok, but not great. Yesterday I put in blender with ice, water, a banana and handful of strawberries and was delicious. I see another reader review states they put peanut butter, will try that as well.

Great for Candida Sufferers. If you have a candida problem, Body Ecology is the solution. This stuff tastes great. It also comes in a chocolate flavor. I throw a handful of pre-washed organic lettuce in the blender with ice and a scoop of this protein shave and VOILA, an instant meal that is very nourishing and tasty. Enjoy!

I don't normally review things but I want to caution those drinking this that it contains 200 percent of the daily iron intake! I personally love the shake's flavor and have been drinking it for three months now, however, a recent blood panel conduced by my doctor show's my iron levels are off the chart. I am a vegan and I do not take vitamins so I couldn't figure out what was going on. This was the only thing I was drinking daily so I checked the nutrition panels and was alarmed by the iron content.High iron is a real problem that leads to liver and heart disease.Very disappointed this was overlooked in the formulation.

This stuff is fantastic. I make it with a tablespoon of peanut butter and it keeps me going all morning. Others complain of grittiness, but I like that texture. It's got a deep chocolate flavor that is not too sweet. Winning!
