Enameled Black Steel Paella Pans - This heavy gauge (2.2mm body thickness) pan responds very quickly to changes in temperature. The pan is shallow with flat bottom. This paella pan has enameled coating for easy cleaning. Enameled handles (oven safe) riveted on either side. Can be used on both stove top (not induction) and in the oven. Made in Spain with a 10 year warranty. Please note: when choosing a pan, servings are in European sizes which tend to be smaller portions sizes than in North America.
